Description of Work: The electrician came on a Saturday so I think I was charged the "emergency" rate. I was trying to get a heater repaired before Christmas and he checked it |out and said it was okay, but not safe to use on our glassed in porch. That was all okay, but I asked for him to give me an estimate on some rewiring and never heard from him!

Description of Work: I purchased a big deal for a whole home inspection. When they arrived, they asked about any specific concerns that I would like addressed. They performed the inspection and offered to fix the small issues I had. After being given the estimate for the additional work, they fixed my problem and then gave me an informative estimate about a couple other small things they found while doing the inspection. They did not try to sell me on any additional work, just simply gave me the info and estimate. I was very pleased with the entire experience and will certainly use them again

Description of Work: They came out and gave an estimate for the cost of replace and repair of our electrical. They looked over all of the outlets, electrical box, fire alarms and even door bell. They showed us the burnt out outlets and explained what hazards there could be and are. They itemized each repair with cost and also total cost. They were friendly and professional and we will hire them when we plan to get the electrical done.
