Description of Work: The service was excellent and I will definitely use them again. The electrician was on time, performed the service (installed a new electrical plug for our freezer in the garage) in a timely manor and did a courtesy check of our electrical panel (we wanted to make sure we did not need to change it).

Description of Work: We had a diagnosis of the problem with our outside lights not working as well as some outlets inside and outside. They actually found a fire hazard in the attic and fixed it. They also found the problem with all the lights and outlets. Will definitely use in the future.

Description of Work: Installed two filters in showers. Installed water pressure meter that we didn't realize we didn't have. Replaced regulator on top of water heater that was evidently installed incorrectly when the water heater was installed. Removed water dispenser from sink. Allen was very nice and professional. He explained everything that was going on with our plumbing and made doing these repairs as pleasant as possible. He answered all my questions to the best of his ability and offered good advice and suggestions.

Description of Work: Install water heater timer. Arrived on time, sized up the job installed timer then shut off electric circuit breaker and changed from heater to timer and so forth. However after two days discovered that the timer was not working and had to uninstall and reinstall new one. Plugged IN came back to do it at no charge.That is great customer service!
