It went really well. They called ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. They showed up on time and took the allotted amount of time. They were very courteous and made sure I was happy with the job. I would definitely use them again!

They arrived on time and went over the items specified on the work order. This included wiping down all walls for dust and spider webs, cleaning 2 1/2 baths, cleaning and vacuuming the floors and cleaning the kitchen counters and range top.

It was not 2 hours after I purchased the deal that I had a call to come out and take a look at the house to see what they would need to do and supply's to bring with them. They made the appointment for the next day. The day that they came out to look at the house everything went well I don't have a large house so the look though was a fast one. They went over there insurance and policy's with me and answered the questions that I had and scheduled the cleaning for the next week to work with my schedule The next week... Chase and Jennifer (the green team) gave me a call that morning to let me know that they would be at my house in about an hour. When they got here I did a quick run though of the house and let them know what I needed and did not need them to tackle. It took them about 15 minutes to get there stuff in and start up on the house. I was home all day so I got to see how they worked and they where very fast but did not miss anything. I only had to leave the living room for about 15 minutes so they could get the floors done without me in the way. In about 3 hours they where done and walked me though the house to make sure I was happy then packed up. After the first of the year I am going to have them start coming on a more regular bases. I am VERY pleased with the team and the company.

It worked out well. They did a good job. I really liked them. They were prompt. The people who they sent kept busy until they completed the task. As a matter of fact, at the end, they even offered to do a couple of other things. The young lady actually kind of helped me with my ceiling fans. I liked that. They really did a great job. The lady that oversaw the project came out the next day. She called me immediately and set up a time to discuss with me what I wanted done. She gave me her rules and regulations about her employees. She explained to me what they could and couldn't do. I appreciated that.

on time and worked very hard. our house wasn't quite ready for cleaning with personal items everywhere, but they worked around it for us and did a great job. I should have them back after my college girls move their stuff out or put in storage.

It went very badly. I had to monitor it myself, I was promised by the women who runs it. The house was getting ready to rent but because of the rain, there was mildew on doors and walls and until I went back up and checked on them, and even after that, they didn't wash all of it off. The double ovens were not cleaned, I had to go back in and do it myself after they left. Primarily, she really focused on the mold because she said it was a health hazard, she promised a vinegar and water solution but that didn't happen, I don't know what they used, it was something else. I couldn't believe it, I wanted to call right away but I was so angry that I thought no, calm down. She charged me the full amount and at first she said there's not that much to be done and she's right. The basins and the kitchen and the toilets and the bathrooms were clean, the main problems that I needed taken cared of was the mold issue and I did point out to her that the kitchen's double ovens were still nasty and they didn't do it. I had another cleaning crew in earlier on because I thought I'm going to sell the house and they had missed ovens but they working under grueling circumstances, the air conditioner was not working and they were hot and they've been there for hours and they did a marvelous job back in the summer on the bathrooms, backrooms, and they even washed the windows. They didn't have any magic cleaning to do just mildew off, and she even came back later in the afternoon and said that what they had done was good. I saw her car and I would have run up to their van but I could not get up there fast enough but they said she said it was okay and she apparently didn't look at the ovens at all and didn't look at the spots in the bathroom where over the mirror was obviously when you walk into the front bedroom's bathroom, you could see the mold spot. They seemed to be slow and she sent her asking to me, she didn't send anybody with great energy and purpose, had not talked to them at all the way she talked to me like she was really going to tackle this mold problem for me. I would never use them again and I'm not happy at all. The major problem that I had then was molds and it was all over the doors, it was still in the pantry in the kitchen, the shelves, and all the cabinets had to be washed down inside and out and the black mold that was coming up but still it was not done. It was awful, I couldn't believe it and I had struggled with other people throughout this whole thing. People don't want to work anymore. Those young Mexican girls who came in and work under such extreme conditions, sweat pouring out of them are the best people I've had up there. They were up there for hours and they worked even though there wasn't any air conditioning. But this one, they had perfect conditions to work in and they just barely moved, they're like sluggish and just don't care.

These are great people, very responsive and sincere. I found them to be likable and trustworthy. My calls were always returned in a timely manner. They bring their own equipment. They were reliable, arriving on time on the dates scheduled. The initial cleaning was not up to the standards I expected from a whole house deep cleaning. When I talked to the owner and sent an itemized list of areas that were of concern, she offered to come back, which she did with two of her employees, to address the areas of concern. If it's great customer service you're looking for, you won't be disappointed.

They did a great job cleaning but the cleaners had a hard time remembering my alarm code. I had to call the police twice for the cleaners tripping the alarm. I finally stopped setting the alarm but always felt uncomfortable leaving my house unprotected during cleaning days.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I was impressed so I signed a long term contract. They showed up on time and they did an excellent job.

The service provided was fantastic, we had them on a monthly basis. They were just excellent. The pricing is excellent. I highly recommend them.

The carpet cleaner called after arrival to give me information and more options for cleaning where appropriate. The deep cleaning was adequate. There were some things that seemed to be forgotten or not fully completed upon the first visit. I contacted the service and they promptly sent the team out to correct these issues prior to our move in, which was appreciated. Overall, the teams don't seem to have high attention to detail. There are some corners that seem to be missed, or just not thoroughly cleaned - corners of the floor or shower exterior for example. The managers I met with were very friendly and I genuinely believe their desire to do great work. They are also very involved in the community, which I appreciate. However, I feel that the attention to detail isn't strong and I have had better service from a national chain I used in WA which I plan on using here in GA since I know they have very high attention to detail with their cleanings. If you are willing to "train up" the teams with this service, I think they would be great - meaning if you are willing to point out and ask for them to correct their few misses, they will know what you want and will likely continue to do that in the future. And again, their local vision and involvement is commendable. However, I have to go back to our other service that just does things right the first time.

I had used her company on a monthly contract basis previously, so I knew I could count on them to get my house in pristine order to impress my family. As always, she sent a professional 2-person team, and my clean couldn't have been better. Even my OCD tendencies were satisfied. Best cleaning company in Gwinnett, hands down. I was also impressed they were a professional service who was licensed, bonded, and insured. I felt safe and so did my family, since the owner requires extensive background checks. My holidays were made even more special because of Simply Special Cleaning Services.

They did a fair cleaning job. I would not call it a deep cleaning. We have had deep cleanings done before by other providers, where they clean the baseboards, top of cabinets, etc. This was just a regular cleaning, plus oven and fridge, not a true deep cleaning. They broke a shelf in the fridge that we had never had problems with before and we still can't get it to stay in place. Tried this provider but wouldn't use them again.

Cleaned a lot of square feet for the price; Did great job getting soap scum off of tub; Dusted wood but did not use furniture polish, dusting job in general could have been better (blinds/windowsills etc); Would have liked more attention to bathrooms and hard-to-reach places.

They were late and called my husband at work because they claimed they were locked out. I had previously given them the code to the garage but this was not communicated to the person actually doing the cleaning. All rooms were cleaned, the oven was cleaned but the fridge was not. Only the lower half of the cabinet over the stove was cleaned. (Not a big deal but as I mentioned it in the first visit, it should have been taken care of.) It was a good deal for the money but if I had paid full price, I would not have been happy. Would use them again, they were adequate. If they keep this same level I'd be okay but cleaners usually start off good and slack off They did not leave any room to slack off. I am tired of looking so these folks will do for now.

I purchased the coupon over the weekend and they called on Monday to schedule a visit to see the house. They were supposed to come Tuesday at 10, but they called at 9:30 and said they couldn't do the cleaning because I was too far away. The lady who called was nice and apologetic, but now that they aren't going to do it and I can't get a refund for 7-10 days, I'm not going to get my house cleaned when I wanted to.

Owner Connie and scheduler Donna are very nice. Very disappointed in cleaning staff. They did not have proper equipment and did not complete work although they checked off that they had. Connie and Donna said that they would come back out to fix the problem which they did however before they arrived the original team showed up to my surprise which frightened me. The female staff member stated to me, " I wouldn't just come back just to come back." and when I showed her dust in my bedroom that she didn't clean she stated: " your room is too dark. don't you have any other lighting?" Connie and Donna came later. Although I enjoyed meeting Connie and talking with Donna, I was disappointed in the staff that they sent to my home. I did email Connie but my email wouldn't go through on her site. UPDATE: I spoke with Connie yesterday and was very pleased with her response and willingness to give me better service in the future. I appreciate that she made a continued effort to follow up with me.

Our home is a three bedroom and 2 bath home with approximately 1800 square feet. It was very very dusty more so due to having insulation blown into the attic recently. They not only cleaned everything they also wiped down walls for me. Ceiling fans, oven and refrigerator were cleaned as well as every thing that Connie has listed on her Angie List Site. We can't thank them enough, the two ladies that came out were very professional, efficient with their time as well as working around us and our three small dogs. There was no problem about our location either, since Connie lists Gwinnett County as part of her work area.

The service went well. Connie came to the home for a previous to the scheduled date to ensure our needs would be met by the assigned cleaners. They were professional, kind, and focused on the tasks. I appreciated the process, it allowed me to focus on other pressing things.They took good care of my home and I appreciate that the most!

It was good. The service was for my boyfriend and from what I understand it was a good job.

Two young men came on time and did a great job. House was empty in preparation for putting on the market. They did a good job of dusting all walls, cleaning all windows, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. They came on short notice and were very good.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was, for the most part, good. It was a good deal for the service provided. I wouldn't pay much more for that same service but overall, I would say it was good.

They worked very hard, did a complete job, and were professional and courteous throughout!
