Did a good job, according to my son.

They were punctual, did a great job and were very kind to my daughter who was home sick from school while they were there.

The person just could have done a better job cleaning and they could have been more efficient with their town.

They charge $70 for my two bedrooms, two baths condo.

I used them only once and there were ok. They weren't fantastic. I was not very impressed. They did what they said they would do and they showed up on time. They are relatively reliable, but not very impressive. The house didn't look very different after they finished.

They were very thorough and did more than I expected them to do.

It was great. They were very professional, they came and did exactly what they said they would do. We were just not completely satisfied with the quality of the cleaning. The guys could have been a little better in some aspects but in terms of professionalism and doing it on time they did a good job.

It was okay. The two guys that they sent were pretty young. It took them a really long time but the house was clean. There was no additional cost. There were several things that I had to go back and ask them to clean a little further. They were here about five or six hours. It is a three-bedroom town house, not too big, about 2000 square feet. I wouldn’t use them unless there was another Big Deal.

Cleaned only one floor. We have 3.

Representative called this morning and said and I quote "first of all, you live outside our radius" and intimated, in quite a snarky way, that I should have noticed that on Angie's list. (I was at the doctor and didn't want to get into a long conversation as to the fact that I entered my home address in Loganville and their company name came up several times.) Then she said that her employees are off next week and she could not possibly get anyone to my house for several weeks because she had to reschedule her existing clients because of the holidays. The woman was rather rude and although I am looking for a cleaning service for my new home, I will not consider them at all. I will keep looking....

The maids had their headphones in talking to their boyfriends and were not paying attention and knocked a radio over, which broke. When they cleaned the bed sheets, they pinned the top sheet to the mattress.

A 2 person crew arrived to clean the house. They were efficient and professional. I honestly don't think my house has EVER been this clean. I think her name was Amber or Angela, she was absolutely wonderful!! I would recommend her again to anyone. She did such a great job. I had to meet with the owner before the service was to be scheduled. She performed a walk-thru of the house and gave me information on the services. Since I had already purchased the deal, this was a waste of time. I had to find time to be home from work to meet with her and I never got a call back or follow up after services were performed. That said, the cleaner who arrived was great.

Excellent service!! I will definitely hire Simply Special on a monthly basis. The ladies who cleaned my house were prompt, professional and very thorough. I was very pleased with the way my house looked after the cleaning.

They were okay. They had to come back twice to do the job because they missed things. It was a new house so they had to do the cabinets and drawers, but when we moved in we still found stuff in them. They did try to accommodate us and were nice, but I wouldn't use them again.

The initial "deep clean" service was well done, but they neglected to clean out the refrigerator, which was to have been included. But we called and let Donna, the the scheduling manager, know about it, and she had the team complete that service the next time. In fact, any time we have had a special request about scheduling or about work we'd like done, Donna and Connie have been very responsive.

I've been using them in the long time. They came out and did it good. The first cleaning they did, I was not too happy with it so I let them know and they send second time the crew to do it again.

they did not clean the floors very well at all, they were still dirty. A blind in my bathroom which was already broken came off when thy dusted it but they did not even bother to inform me of that

This was the first time I ever had someone clean my house so I didn't know what to do. Connie came out to my house ahead of time and asked me what was most important to me. I didn't even know. So we went from room to room and she asked everything I wanted done in that room. At the end of our conversation she said "I think baseboards are most important to you" I thought about it for a minute and realized she was right!!! I have RA so I cannot bend and get down on the floor as I used to and my baseboards were horrible and driving me crazy. My house has not looked this good since the day I moved in 5 years ago!! They cleaned baseboards, wiped down doors and cabinets, cleaned the refrigerator and stove. My bathrooms sparkle --- and the shower, it looks brand new!! Dusted and mopped every room in the house and would have changed my bed linen in all bedrooms if I had wanted. Even my kids marveled at how clean the house was!! I will be calling them at least every six months to clean my house. Thank you Connie and a big shout out to the ladies that actually cleaned my house!!!

An excellent experience all around. The owner is extremely particular and thorough not only with cleaning, but with the honesty and backround checks of her employees. The fact that they are not allowed to open cabinet doors or drawers offers another layer of comfort and protection for those concerned about security. I will definitely use them again.

Simply Special cleaned our rental property for us prior to new tenants moving in. I live out of state and the communication was great. They sent me pictures of an under cabinet issue that they weren't able to clean. I would recommend them and use them in the future.

The cleaning team was nice and polite. Very efficient. Donna was very responsive and called with any scheduling changes.

Very nice individuals. The house was cleaned well enough, but we tried out another service and the other service really blew us away with their employees and attention to detail, so we switched to them. This is still a good service though. We had two guys as our cleaning team and they just seemed a bit unprofessional (trying to do the minimum required to get finished and move on). However the owner/manager was SUPER nice and the prices are reasonable. Another team would probably be different.

Cleaning the upstairs area 3 bedroom., 2 full bath, vacuuming floors Downstairs, kitchen and living room

Cleaned bathrooms, dusted, vacuumed carpet, mopped floors, cleaned kitchen, washed interior windows and dusted blinds.

The service was great. The place looked really clean for the new tenant.
