It turned out great.

I have been using Simply Special Cleaning service for a little over 6 months now and I have never had a problem with the team of people that come and clean my house. They are always on time and do a great job once they are there. I referred them to my mother and she also uses them once a month now. I started them on a bi-weekly but now I also use at least once a month. I love coming home from a long days work and come into a cleaned house. I am never suprised by the amount it normally is priced from $75-$125. They are very flexible with me since there are many times I have rescheduled and scheduled at the last minute and they are always so good with my crazy schedule.

I like them. They are good cleaners and more importantly they are pleasant to work with. I have only used them twice and I think their quality will improve after they come out a few more times.

Deep cleaning service prior to setting up interval cleaning. We were impressed with the owner that contacted us and set up the service. The crew was punctual and polite. They were not thorough. Missed cob-webs in corners, did not clean under sectional sofa on hardwood floors. Dust left on picture frames. Soap scum on the glass shower doors. We were looking for a service that was thorough. We were willing to pay for the time required to complete the job. We had to go back and dust missed areas as well as vacuuming the dust-bunnies from under the sofa. There was cleaning residue left on the hardwood floors, so within minutes of foot traffic, the floor looked terrible. I had to remop the hardwood floors to remove the residue. We were hoping to continue this service on a bi-weekly service. We are not hypersensitive about how clean things should look hours and days after a service, because we have small children. They tend to clutter things quickly. We do expect dusting, mopping, and vacuuming to be thorough.

They were quite good. I just finished having my house refurbished and the painters and the wall repair folks had left the place in an absolute mess. Simply Special Cleaning Services came and did a really great job; it was incredible. They put 3 people in the house for most of the two and a half days. I thought the price that they charged me was an incredible deal. They were extremely responsive for one thing; they took my call and said when they would be able to be there. The owner showed up at that exact time and date. They gave me an estimate and they stuck with the estimate. Then they turned around and did the work exactly like they said they would do and it was just easy throughout. In that level job, there were a couple of small things that got overlooked and the owner herself was out the next day and made sure she took care of it. I’m going to have them back to clean my house within the next couple of weeks.

Connie is wonderful-we were concerned about finding a dog friendly company and she and her crew definitely are. She took extra time to greet my dogs and interact with them. She gave us a fair estimate and had her crew show up as promised to do the work. We have used her twice so far. I would recommend her to anyone.

I found Connie easy to work with and very professional. The crew that actually cleaned were very efficient and thorough. I will use Simply Special Cleaning Services again.

I contacted Connie about cleaning for a Move out and she was responded immediately. She was able to visit the house without having to inconvenience us. She has great relationships with realtors and was able to work with our realtor to gain access to the home. I told her that I also needed professional carpet cleaning done and she immediately offered to arrange for those services. She was clear, precise about their services and I knew that we would be in good hands. We would recommend Connie and her team to everyone! Excellent!

Simply Special by Connie is just that, simply special. Connie came out to meet me at my house while I was getting all of my ducts cleaned out by another company. I have a huge mold/dust allergy and wanted to make sure my house had little dust/dirt as possible. Connie walked me through the process of what her crew will clean and what to expect after a deep clean has been completed. They arrived on time and did what Connie told me they would do. I never imagined my two tubs would be restored to their original shine, but Connie's crew was able to do it with ease. That evening I could tell the atmosphere in my house was fresh and above all, the air was so much cleaner that it ever been before. Overall I am very pleased with their work and wish I could sign on with a monthly contract, but resources prohibit me from doing so, but hopefully in the future they will allow. My own gripe (if you would call it that) is that one of her crew members did not know how to open my sliding glass door and bent the lock bar on the door which rendered the bar useless. I called Connie that night and she apologized for the mishap and was out the very next morning with her handyman to fix it at no charge. I would definitely use Connie again to clean my house and have already recommended her to my friends. She knows her stuff.
