Description of Work: Asked for an estimate on replacing a double front door and a sliding patio door. Their rep showed up on time but I guess because this was not a standard job (door sizes) they never responded with an estimate.

Description of Work: Replaced all of our windows. There were 3 people to take out windows and they left 1 man there to finish the job. I feel that it could have been done better if there was more than one working. It took him a long time to finish. The other men did show up late in the day and helped. The one man working was nice worked his best and had a good attitude.

Description of Work: Greg arrived on schedule and listened attentively to my description of the problem with two 6' x 3'windows in my house. He then explained that its possible to replace only the panes -- to save time and money and not having to install a non-matching windows. REMARKABLY, he recommended a non-affiliated company to do the work because it IS closer and less expensive. Now THAT'S SERVICE.

Description of Work: We replaced simple screening on an old screen porch with new large sliding glass windows. The person who did the estimate; Gil, was very good at recommending an economical and functional solution at what we considered a very good price. The windows were ready to be installed by the projected date. The installation was excellent. They did a wonderful job covering up the irregularities of the old construction to make the final product look very good. They even pointed out a minor flaw in one of the screens that they would replace without charge.

+ -1 moreI had gotten estimates from 3 companies to replace this window. The replacement did require some relatively minor construction work so it was more than simply replacing a window. Window' World's price was by far the lowest of the three I got estimates from. Their work was exceptional and everything was done as scheduled. I would recommend this company to anyone.

+ -1 moreThey performed an on-time estimate, written, and scheduled date for replacement. Their service personnel were on-time and performed the work as estimated. Their product appears to be superior for energy efficiency and durability. Both Gil Sasser and his son, Greg Sasser, were extremely professional with great attention to detail. I am extremely happy with their replacement windows on my home.
Description of Work: Replaced old windows on my home with new energy efficient vinyl clad double pane windows.
