Description of Work: We had recently had a sick pet who had left an odor on an oriental rug and a couch. I had them clean the couch and the oriental rug stressing the odor problem. Andrew was very knowledgable and went to great lengths to be sure everything was cleaned and the odor was taken care of ,he even left me some of their product should I feel the odor needed to be addressed a little more after it all dried. I did not need to spray it again the product he used completely took care of it but he did not charge me for the product he left and he could not have been more professional or delightful to deal with. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
