Everything went well. then we went upstairs the next day and noticed that the carpet was "bubbling" up. We had discussed this as a possible issue before they started. We also discussed it when we were setting the appt. we were told that it wouldn't be a problem that they could stretch the carpet. When they showed up to do the job he said he was never told they may have to stretch the carpet, but he thought he had his stretcher with him. Well, nothing was ever mentioned to us any further. The guy cleaning the carpet should have mentioned to us how bad it was "bubbling" up as he was cleaning it. Clearly this is something he would have noticed. This was our only issue. Otherwise everything was fine. Very polite, very professional.

We moved all of the furniture in each of the four rooms, 3 bedrooms and living room. The individual cleaned the carpet in a completely thorough manner. We had some very stubborn traffic lanes that were next to impossible to remove. However, the guy worked extremely hard and took a lot of time and effort to remove the weathered areas. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to completely remove all of the soiled spots, but it looks 100% better than it did before he started. I'm glad we used this company and will use them in the future. If you use this family owned company, you will not be disappointed.

This is the second time I used Carpet Cure and am very pleased with their work.

We called for an estimate that morning and they said they could come at 3:30 after I got off work. They called to let us know that they were running behind which was considerate. When they showed up Andrew listened to what we wanted an estimate for and he took measurements and provided an estimate. No high pressure sales. The price seemed reasonable to us so we asked to schedule it later in the week. Andrew said he could complete the job right then which really surprised us since it was about 6:30. He proceeded to move the furniture out of the way and started cleaning. It was more than simply him running a machine across the carpet. The carpet took a while to dry but with the heater on it was dry by morning. We will no longer be using our hoover carpet cleaner to clean the carpets after seeing the difference.

Needed the carpet cleaned in the house the same day as I called. No other company I called could come sooner than 3-4 days. Because of circumstances I needed it done same day. Carpet Cure was awesome! I knew I was asking a lot but they somehow worked it out and were very responsive and so great to work me in their schedule. They called back when they said they would and the serviceman that cleaned the carpet was very nice. They did a great job on short notice. Would definitely use them again. Great customer service and great job.

I thought that their price was reasonable. They were very timely. They responded quickly to our requests. They did a very good job. They were also very professional.

I called to get an estimate and they met me the same day on a Friday I should add. Very nice and informative about how they would clean the carpet and treat the stains. Came back on Monday at 9:30 and were ther 3 hours and did a fantastic job. I will recommend them and use them again. Very pleased with everything!!!

They did an awesome job! I bought a foreclosure house that had been vacant for 2 years. The carpet (particularly in the master bedroom) looked awful and my initial thought was I would have to replace it. Not really being able to afford to replace it, I decided to try having it cleaned. I'm glad I did. The day of my appt, the owner called and told me they were ahead of schedule and gave me the choice of them coming an hour early or maintaining my current time so I told them to come on. When the technician got there, he was very courteous and professional. He inspected everything and figured up the cost and went over my options. Once he got started, I just stayed back out of the way and let him work. He took his time and really put effort into what he was doing. When he got to the worst stained room, he gave it even more attention and really worked at it. When he was finished, my carpets looked brand-new. I'm extremely happy with the job they did and am so thankful I didn't end up having to replace the carpet.

I was extremely pleased with the job they did. One of the bedrooms had oil paint on the carpet as a result of a child opening a Christmas artist set without supervision. I told them I didn't think it was worth their effort to try to clean it, but they told me they thought they could get most of it out. I was amazed with the job. Even though there was a little paint left, it was so much better. The other rooms had very soiled carpets, and I also was amazed with how clean they got them. I strongly recommend them.

They came in a little late, but went over my options, and went to work. The entire job was done in less than an hour. I was very satisfied with the workers and the outcome.

The company arrived on time as per the appointment. The carpet was expertly cleaned. The soiled rug that is 10 years old didn't come perfectly clean as it had ground in dirt which is impossible to remove, but it saved us from spending big bucks for new carpet. They also applied 3M Scotch Guard and the applicator explained how Scotch Guard works. We were pleased with the service and will use them again. I recommended Carpet Cure to my next door neighbor who was in the process of selling his house. The cleaning made a 100% difference in the showing of the house. Except for furniture indentures, most of the carpet looked new. The company is IICRC certified. Look at the warranty that came with your carpet. It will probably say that in order to keep the warranty in force, the carpet must be cleaned by a IICRC certified carpet cleaner.

Excellent, quick, and the price was appropropriate. There were no hidden fees or surprises, and no high pressure sales pitches. I will certainly recommend and use this company for all my floor cleaning needs. They offer several options for cleaning, including restorative work. The serviceman was friendly and knowledgeable. I was very pleased and this is the best company I have used ever in carpet cleaning.

They are excellent! I've used a number of other carpet cleaners in the area and they're the best! They're a little more expensive, but worth every penny. They usually run specials in the fall and spring, I believe. They will even move furniture, but they won't disconnect electronics and things like that. I've also used them for upholstery cleaning. I really, really like them and wouldn't use anyone else.

I have used them before. I learned about them by word of mouth. They are thorough. They give advice for maintenance in between their visits and they send out really good coupons.

Overall I was satisfied with their services.
