LGI Landscaping

A crew arrived promptly and was very fast in completing the work. They cut a landscaping lighting wire and repaired it. The grass looked great at first, although lumpy in feel and appearance, then after a few weeks, a portion of it started dying. Hoping it will come back full strength this Spring.

Great - hope the grass grows as well as it did on the other house!

Fine - only issue was did not know when he was going to show up but service and outcome was great

Two men came and did 30 minutes of work and only filled 12 bags of unmulched leaves. Prior to the appointment I had raked all the leaves into 3 large piles and these were the only leaves that they cleaned up - they didn't clean any of the other areas that I specifically mentioned. When I asked Ralph if there was more he could do, he said that I could buy more man-hours from them. I felt like the amount of work that was accomplished was completely inadequate and I will not ever hire them again.

I don't really know, as the service provider did not confirm a specific day or time and just showed up without my knowledge and performed something that was half done because the yard was not prepped for the service.

He did Just a very small part of the garden. The rest he said is other kind of grass no need that , may be in spring. To expense for the job made.

Work performed quickly and professionally.

Ralph was very responsive and worked with me to quickly build a proposal and cost estimate. He showed up on time and worked diligently to execute the work as requested. He is my go-to for yard projects.

It went very well, they were here in a timely fashion, and did exactly what they said they would do. The were very puntual with quick service.

Arrived on time, performed work as described. Would probably have laid why in some of the reseed areas, but did job as described, price was good for the amount of work

Great customer service would highly recommend this Company. The Owner was very professional, the quote was accurate, they arrived on time and finished on schedule.

There was a problem with the drainage from our downspouts under the deck that was causing our turf to wash away. Ralph and his crew repaired the drainage system successfully which allowed our backyard grass to fill in and recover without having to replace the sod.

As always, Ralph did an excellent job. I've hired LGI Landscaping a couple times for different projects and will continue to do so in the future.

I recently hired LGI to do various projects around my yard. The work was of low quality and Ralph is very rude with horrible customer service skills. The work done was not as requested, he told me I owed more money, he insulted my neighbors, and came when I was not home to do the work, which he insisted on. He is a rip off and with so many other qualified and highly rated yard people, best to stay away from this loser. When I advised him the trimming he had recently done with out me there was blotchy and not clean. He insulted me. All my neighbors have additionally commented on the over price for what he actually did, then he insulted them! This guy should have completed the job he was paid nearly $1000 for. The worse was the trimming of a hedge jointly owned by my neighbor. He charged us $125 to do a 15 minutes trim work, which was not even completed of evenly trimmed. When asked for him to come back and clean the job up, I was insulted, my neighbors were insulted, and he just DEMANDED his payment. Ralph is a hot head, with low tolerance for performing the services as requested by the customer or even caring what so ever of pleasing his customers. I even tried to get him to do the job by suggesting I would write a negative review and he simply did not care. Had I seen a review like this on him, I would have never hired him. There are too many highly rated and pleasing people in this business than to ever have to tolerate such a bore!

They generally did a remarkable job and turned the mess into a beautiful yard again. I would have given them higher marks but close inspection revealed weeds that were missed. Also during the project they cut the cable that provides satellite TV service, leaving us without TV service for a couple of days, until a technician could come out and repair it.

This is our second time using Ralph. Will use again.

Ralph and his crew are one of the best I've seen. I just told them where I wanted the pine straw installed and they did it exactly as requested literally the day after!

I thought he was honest, reliable and the cost is very reasonable. His crew was very punctual and accommodating. I recommend LGI Landscaping and would definitely use them again in the future.
