Great timely service at a very competitive price! Ralph was very easy to work with and promptly answered my call and follow-up questions.

Poor customer service. After a couple days of e-mail/phone tag I spoke with Ralph on a Thursday and he put me on the schedule for service the following Tuesday. When Tuesday came around Ralph was NO CALL NO SHOW. He called late Wednesday afternoon to say he could come on the following day with no mention/explanation/apology for missing the scheduled date. When I pointed out the missed appointment, he acknowledged it and said work got backed up. I certainly understand that schedules can change when things don't go exactly according to plan but there is no excuse for not calling. It showed a lack of professionalism and disregard for the customer's time. I had no reason to expect that Ralph would show up the following day and I was unwilling to sit around again waiting to find out.

Did a great job. The vendor was professional, communicated and coordinated well, and was price-competitive.

Everything went fine and the front and back yards looked well groomed

Overall good work. Would give an A if all trash was left in bags, had they not cut the fiber cable due to which we lost internet and if they had not left the newly pressure washed driveway with cut grass and red sand smudged.

Threw dirt from edging into garden burying flowers and essentially replanting the crab grass and weeds into flower beds instead if discarding, edging was sloppy crooked, argumentative, came without refuse bags.

Outstanding. From an e-mail they performed as much as they could in the time allotted. They bagged and neatly set the trimmings by the curb for pick up. They responded to our order and were on site within a day. The bushes were nicely shaped and the edging was well done.Very pleased, will bring them back.

Ralph was a great communicator. We were unable to talk because of our busy schedules, but through emails, voicemails, and the notes section of the purchase page he was able to figure out exactly what we wanted and he delivered.

Ralph and his assistant did such an amazingly wonderful job cleaning out the area that you wouldn't even know that it was the same house property! I am so very appreciative of their hard work at a very reasonably affordable price! I am on an extremely tight budget and was so happy and feel so blessed to be able to maintain my property affordably! :)

Ralph did a great job at coordinating things... Arrived a few minutes late but very professional. Bought 8 hours of service .. Arrived with 3 persons including himself and stayed 2 hours and 40 minutes each. Great job.... I was there the whole time to walk him through the process.... No complaints about "far" back yard, just plunged in and got it done. I EXPECT TO HIRE HIM AGAIN for other YARD work in the future.

Just as before, when I came home my yard looked great. The beds have all new straw and it was a good thick layer as well. The edges were rolled under and there wasn't a bunch of debris all over the place. I'll definitely keep using these guys.

one glitch is that they showed up at my home address instead of the service address> the info they had from angies list was the customer address (545 Burridge Trail) not the address on the order for service (5040 Meadowcreek Dr.). They were starting to trim the shrubbery at my house when I stopped them. Needless to say, they were not happy about driving all the way to Cumming, for the proper address and said that has happened before. I saw the paperwork from Angies...and yes, it did not have the service address.

Ralph and his assistant got right to work and gave my home curb appeal. The shrubs were so overgrown that once trimmed down, I actually had more shrubs than I thought I had. Ralph was efficient and professional. He even worked in the rain. I will definitely contact LGI for my future landscaping needs. My yard looks so much better!

It was delivered and spreader in the yard within an hour.
