+ -1 moreRalph was quick to respond when issues arose. For several weeks they did not do any weeding. When I notified ralph that they had no weeded they weed eatted my flower beds removing most of the wood chips. When this was called out he weed eating stopped. The flower beds next to the house were weeded but only half of them in the back yard and nothing along the property line. The guys doing the yard relied on where the deck mower could get. This caused scalping in my yard and my neighbors. They were very inconsistent from week to week.
Description of Work: Scheduled weekly yard maintenance. It is advertised that mowing, blowing, weeding flower beds, trimming bushes and edging are included for $45 per week.

+ -1 moreThis purchase of $169.00 was intended for yard cleaning. When they are done at end of time which was two hours. Both front and back yard were not completely cleaned. Especially the leaves behind my front shrubs were not at all cleaned and especially when they just finished trimming my shrubs.

I just received an email from LGI Landscaping that I am not in the territory they service. How do I get a refund for this product? (See his email below). Ralph [imgr8180@bellsouth.net] Mon 4/3/2017 4:44 PM Angies list Aeration purchase Hi Mrs. Mickleson Your home is located outside the area that we cover for landscaping services. You can be refunded thru Angies list for this purchase. Sorry for the inconvenience. Thanks Ralph I used PayPal and my credit card account was charged on April 4. I do not have a credit to-date. Can you please reimburse me for this AND is there a way to notify people of the area covered by the vendors?

+ 0 moreThere was a bit of confusion regarding scheduling, but it was easily resolved. Usually lawn aeration includes over-seeding and fertilizing - this did not, nor was it offered at an additional cost. As a result it wasn't as good a deal as I thought and not as good as what some other companies offer.

+ -1 moreI paid for the service, but wanted the work done 45 days later when the grass would be ready for aeration, so I was worried LGI (Ralph) might forget about me. But, had not problem, he emailed to confirm a date, then we exchanged texts to re-confirm. He showed up on time, even called ahead so I could put away the dog. aeration was thorough, lots of deep plugs.

+ 1 moreLGI did an outstanding job and did exactly what they indicated they were going to do. The yard and trees were all cut back and they look great. The clipping from the trees were neatly stack for haul away. Due to the job they did, we hired them on permanently to maintain our yard.

Ralph was great and getting back to me to schedule and confirm when they would be out. They showed up, did an excellent job spreading, tucking and cleaning up. I'll definitely be using them again. The straw is good looking straw, it's nice and thick and they were quick to get it all done.

+ 1 moreThis company does GREAT work. Yesterday was the second time I've used their services. Each time they knocked it out of the park. They arrive on time. Work their butts off doing the job. Then clean up. EXCELLENT WORK! If the need arises again they will be the first folks I call.
Description of Work: A massive amount of wood chips needed to be spread out throughout our backyard. Also a couple of ugly patches of weeds and other growth needed to be cleaned. Some were intertwined in a fence. A few hedges needed to be trimmed as well.

+ 3 moreThey came 15 mins before the agreed upon time, courteous and friendly and very detailed with what they do. My yard was in a very bad shape with lot of fallen leaves and weeds. They cleaned up everything and planted all the trees/shrubs. Places all the bags to be disposed next to our trash cans. They has about 30 mins time left and offered to trim the shrubs in the front. Overall I am very happy with the work and would definitely hire them again.

+ -1 moreit did not go well at all. ralph put Bermuda grass on lawn in march 2016. the lawn was bright green. when we questioned he said it was normal. he did not measure correctly and had to lay extra Bermuda, this was normal color for time of year. not bright green. march 2017 the original (bright green) is now 90%weeds. contacted ralph and he said that he would do nothing to fix the problem. told my husband to go to ****
