Description of Work: He did a major cutback on an overgrown hillside that had not been trimmed back in 2 years. Cut ivy off trees, weed whacked ivy and small trees, trimmed bushes and limbs.

+ -1 moreRead the above. I am EXTREMELY disappointed and angry to be told I will not be provided the service I paid for with no offer of a refund. I purchased this service 5 days ago. OMG -BEWARE buyers. Rip-off alert!!! If you don't support an area only down the road, do not advertise. You should not be authorized to take payment if the address a purchaser provides is outside the service area. Give me back my $129
Description of Work: Nothing. I paid for the service and was asked my address at time of payment. Then I get asked aging by LGi for address and phone number. Two days later I get notified I have an e-mail in my Angie's list inbox. The message said 'you are outside our service area, sorry for the inconvenience.' No offer of returning funds - no courtesy call - nothing. It was not represented that the company doesn't drive to Smyrna from Alpharetta in the ad. Wow- that is like 40 minutes. I am furious because I have paid for this service and am getting nothing. I will pursue Angies list and LGI for this refund and it will be unfortunate for all parties if I do not get a prompt refund. This is mis-representation and unacceptable.
