The problem areas were addressed.

Ralph and crew did a WONDERFUL job in my jungle of a yard. He basically charges one rate for the hour, doing what ever is needed during that time. I had all the trees cut back from touching my roof, including the leaves and pine needles blown off the roof. They cut tree limbs, trimmed bushes, did edging, and planted flowers that I had bought the night before. They cleaned up and left a neat, fresh yard. They have the right tools ready for just about any job. Ralph is kind and genuinely wants the customer to have a good experience. I read other reviews where bad experiences were noted. It seemed like those customers needed to better explain their expectations. Ralph met with me before the day of the job to see the scope of work. Then on the day, I was onsite to answer questions.

Fantastic! Nice to work with a landscaper who does what they promise to do and in a timely manner. We had LGI install lots of pine straw and pine bark mulch. Ralph is a nice guy to work with and is very knowledgeable about landscaping and our strict HOA landscaping requirements. Pricing was very competitive. We will use them again.

We bought this through a Big Deal on Angie's List. This company was pretty easy to deal with and flexible on timing. We used them for grass aeration. Completed everything to our satisfaction.

It was done within days of contracting for the service. I was not home but I was pleased to see the number and depth of cores from the lawn.

It was great and everything was good. They got the job done in about 45 minutes. They sent 2 guys out to do the job and they were both good. The scheduling was great.

It worked out good. They brought these blue tarps and packed everything on there. For the trees that they cut out, they put it in a very nice position on my curb. They pulled it out to the curb so that the city can come by and pick it up. The work was completed on time. There was no problem scheduling it. They did remove in their truck the leaves and things like that. For the price, it was worth it because me and my husband won't have to go out there and do it.

I had an Angie's List deal for 6 hours of yard clean up. Ended up being a two-man crew for three hours, and I had them trim some of our bushes and cut down some weeds. Good service and work for the deal, but if I had known I would have supplied some Round Up so that the weeds could be sprayed and they would have maybe stayed away a bit longer. Ralph was very friendly and personable, and responded quickly with estimates about future work.

The work was done satisfactorily and neatly and the provider was courteous and professional. This is the first time I had a lawn company/landscaper come and do this type of work and I am well pleased with the results. I would recommend them to anyone and would hire them in the furture.

Ralph worked very hard and got everything on my list done quickly and it looked great when he was finished! I would recommend him!

After a few communications by e-mail, service was set up for service, but unfortunately it was done at neighbors yard instead of ours. (No one was home at the time) After another e-mail or two, it was determined that they did indeed work at the wrong address, they apologized and rescheduled service promptly and came out and completed the work....honest mistake, no problem!

Great and as planned/ forecast

The service went as expected. My yard is plush with greenery :) Reminder if you have a directtv pole in your yard, the cables aren't buried deep in the ground. So the machine used to do the aeration puncture the cable and direct tv had to come out and replace the cable. So becare about underground cable etc.

They were okay, there was nothing too special. The price was okay but I don't think I got my money's worth. I called them, they scheduled the appointment to come and they came out when they said they would.

Everything went fine. They did a good job and hopefully our lawn will show improvement.

The did what they said they would do, on schedule.

The provider promptly aerated my lawn after I purchased the $99 voucher. They did a great job. No mess on my sidewalks nor driveway, only in my yard where it's supposed to be. Thank you!

I contacted LGI Landscaping and requested a price estimate for a clean up of our backyard. I had a price estimate within a day and the job scheduled and completed a day after that. LGI Landscaping exceeded our expectations. They did a fantastic job in removing leaves, overgrowth and other yard debris in a neat and professional manner. We will use LGI Landscaping again for future needs.

The guy showed up, and he had 2 guys working with him, and the job took under an hour and half between the 3 of them. He did what I asked him to do, and when the time was up, he didn't ask to do anything extra, he just packed up and left. There were no additional charges above the $149 of the big deal. My yard needed a lot of clean up, and more than the time allotted. Once they got to work, they seemed like they were working hard. The guy showed up and he did what I asked him to do, but I would not use them again. I sometimes expect people who provide services to go the extra mile, but that didn't happen. I thought the deal was not a great deal, I have a maintenance guy who I have now, who I thought was taking advantage of me, and so I decided to go with these guys to pick up the work that I needed done, but he was not it. I did not care much personality wise. It took them a while to get here, because I think he was trying to fit me in at a time when he was in the area, but they showed up on time. The quality of work was fine. Some guys know how to run their business, and they are more attuned to what the customer wants, and the attitude is nicer. It had nothing to do with quality, it was just a combination of everything.

Ralph and his crew have been responsive, courteous, and cost efficient. We've used his company on a number of occasions at this point. We've always been happy with the job he's done. He arrives on time and he and his crew work diligently the entire time. We would certainly recommend his company.

Ralph (owner) and his associate assessed our needs and quickly began the work. They did a great job in a timely manner! They put all the debris in landscape bags and moved them to the street.

Three guys removed branches and leaves from my property for the prescribed 4 hours. The amount of work they completed was satisfactory in the time limit given.

Did not do a very good job of cleaning out leaves from landscaped areas.

I was disappointed. I was never contacted before they came out for the service. I had given them dates, I think it was three or four days, that they could come out on, and I was never contacted. They just came out. It was supposed to be two men for two hours, one man for four hours, but they brought three men out for 1.2 hours. They were not able to complete the work that I needed, which wasn’t excessive. The third man was basically not doing anything. They knew how to work it so that they were getting the better of it. Definitely, I would not use them again. The lead man was rude. They picked a Wednesday to come out on. They would have been able to do it if three people had blowers but only two people had blowers. The other guy went around, kind of picking up sticks. I told them that they didn’t call and they didn’t let me know, and they said that, well, they were there.

Vague definition of the service area was misleading.
