Description of Work: I have used Coolray for regular maintenance ever since they acquired the company which replaced my original 3 air conditioning units. The replaced units are fairly new and have generally required little more than routine maintenance, which has generally been performed without issue. The only thing that I have ever questioned was when I called regarding a non-cooling unit 1 year ago. The technician indicated after checking it that the compressor would need to be replaced. I was very surprised, and started searching for warranty information, which they did not have on file. The technician rechecked the unit and said that it was actually fine and that he had previously tested it incorrectly. This surprised me quite a bit, but I gave him the benefit of the doubt as subsequent service calls have happened without issue. The technician seemed very genuine, and I believe that this was an honest mistake. I continue to use their services.

Description of Work: We couldn't be more pleased with the level of service, the professionalism demonstrated by all with whom we interacted, the product or the price we received from CoolRay of Suwanee, GA. The technician who came to our home and did the initial assessment of our problems (both AC units went kaput! last summer), Jason Keltner, at our request, took the time to sit down and listen to the specific nature of our problems BEFORE ever drawing any conclusions as to what might be the true nature of those problems, as well as the solution(s). (This is the first AC company who would actually take the time to listen to us, a customer, if you can believe that!) Then, the man who came to our home and gave us the estimate, Rob Nolt, again, listened to our concerns about budget (we are retired and on a fixed income), system performance, etc., BEFORE sitting down and writing up an estimate. No high pressure whatsoever! Then, the men who actually installed the two new AC units, Steve and (I am sorry I can't recall the other man's name), arrived right on schedule and had the new systems installed in about 3 1/2 hours! From the first person you speak to on the phone at CoolRay (Tammy was the first person we talked to) until the very last representative you deal with, in our case, the installation crew, you are dealing with true professionals! If you need AC/heating services or completely new systems, don't risk all the "fly-by-night" companies out there . . . Go with CoolRay and you won't go wrong!
