Went great. Someone answered my call on the first attempt, had me scheduled within minutes for same-day service. Gabriel (plumber) called when he was on his way, arrived when he said he would. Very friendly and professional. He gave me a quote, I agreed to it, he did the work stated for the price stated. We are very satisfied with this service. I included a picture before and after the repair.

Gary the plumber did an excellent job. He went above and beyond keeping me informed of every move. The water heater pipe was bent so he had to replace it. His cleanup was also done really well. The assistant however, did not handle his part of the cleanup very well since he dumped the concrete pieces that were left behind from the repair on the back half of my property instead of removing them when they left.

Aaron sent out one of their plumbers Gabriel who quickly ascertained our PRV valve had gone bad. He did an awesome job of replacing and getting our water back on. We were so impressed with his professionalism, thoroughness, attention to detail. It was a pleasure meeting him and if we have any other plumbing issues we will definitely be calling Aaron first! Thanks Gabriel the water never felt so good!

The stems in the faucets in the home we purchased turned out to have been special ordered but we did not know from which company. Malcolm did a lot of research and eventually found a supplier who knew where to purchase a similar stem. He had to do a lot of work but the end result was that our faucets are no longer leaking. We are very pleased with the work provided by Malcolm and Aaron Services.

A little over a year ago, I had a gushing leak in my main water line. I couldnt find any plumber available right away. My wife was out of town and I was taking care of our two little kids when this disaster happened. When I called Aaron Services, the lady who answered said the earliest they can send someone is a day or two later (all other plumbers were equally busy, not sure what was going on!). But I literally begged her and mentioned that I have two little kids that I'm taking care of and my wife was out of town, and there is no water. She was moved by my plight and promised to see what she can do. An hour later, a plumber from Aaron Services was at my door. He fixed the issue, I paid the bill (which seemed steep in my opinion, but I've never called plumbers before, so I dont know what the going rate is) and he mentioned the one year warranty. Fast forward 13 months later, and I discovered a leak at the same spot in the main. I called Aaron Services and they had someone come over, who took a look and gave me a choice - I can get it fixed now and potentially be charged later for it, or I can wait for the original person who fixed it to come in and take a look. I chose option 1, as it's the mains and I need water. I was not happy about the main breaking in 13 months, one month outside of warranty. But after he replaced it, he showed me the piece - there was a pin hole in the valve, that had developed - a material defect, not an installation issue. The pin hole was outside of the treads, so it definitely was not due to over tightening. The gentleman empathised with me and said he will present my case to his superiors - it was nobody's fault really. He called me a couple of days later to say that Aaron chose not to charge me for the fix, even though it was one month outside the warranty. They technically could have, or charged either for the spares or labor, maybe not both, but they did neither. They did the right thing, even though, they weren't legally obligated to. That tells me this is a company that's a class act. They've earned my business for life.

Called to schedule a plumber to come quote out a gas line install, and was informed that they have a $39 service fee for a visit. I confirmed if this was even for a quote for work and was told it is credited towards the work when completed. What if I want three quotes for the job? Seriously, I've never heard of a service call charge for a major installation like this before.

After calling two other plumbers and getting no call back, I looked on Angie's List for a local plumber. We had water leaking from a water heater and we knew it needed to be replaced. Actually, the "broken" water heater was 22 years old and the other was over 18. Less than 1 1/2 hours from calling Aaron's, the plumber was in my driveway. I showed him the problem and he quickly diagnosed how to fix it along with a water pressure issue that caused pulsing water flow whenever another plumbing device (faucet, toilet, hose) was in use. Gabe was professional, prompt and courteous. Within 24 hours of calling Aaron's, everything was fixed. I gave them a "B" for price only because it was an unexpected expense. I don't think any price would make me happy. All in all, I'm very happy with the response and service I received. I would highly recommend Aaron's to anyone in the Johns Creek, GA area that needs a plumber.

Today discovered both downstairs toilets not flushing properly and some backup in the shower. After checking Angie's List, called Aaron's Plumbing and left message. Received callback within a few minutes from Kimberly (I think that's her name). She was very friendly and helpful. She checked and told me someone could come out today. Within the hour, I had a call from Mark stating he was on the way. After Mark looked over the situation, he gave me an estimate of $354, which also included a coupon. He used a large electric sewer machine to clear out the clog outside and got everything working again. Mark was also able to quickly help me with a garbage disposal problem. Before leaving, he gave me an estimate for a long term plan for my pipes which included major jetting to remove roots in pipes. Mark was very pleasant and helpful, explaining each step he took and showed me the problem through the sewer camera. All in all, I was impressed with this company's rapid response, along with the courteous and professional service. Would definitely use them again.

He ended up saving me $4000 on the Mr. Steamy contraption, by simply fixing a wire. I was going to have it replaced and he saved me all that money by doing one simple thing. When he was fixing my Jacuzzi tub, he didn't charge me for a replacement part. THAT is great service. That makes me want to stay with someone for life. This company even uses top of the line equipment and appliances. They arrive on time. I would highly recommend them, hands down. No Question. They go the extra mile.

Gary F. was my plumber, and he was very professional. He arrived promptly, answered my questions and provided my options before performing the service necessary. He worked quickly and efficiently. The cost was quite reasonable considering the work I needed done. Overall I'm very happy with the project and would use this company again.

Can't say enough about the service we received. We initially contacted the Marietta office this Sunday and were contacted by the next day, which happened to be Memorial Day. An appointment was scheduled for the following day. The team onsite were extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They quickly identified the problem and walked us through our options. Once we agreed on how to move forward, they quickly got to work, staying past normal hours to complete the job. They kept us informed of their progress the whole time. Once they finished, they cleaned up, replaced the dirt and left us with good advice on how we can keep the septic tank working well. They have quickly become our go-to septic guys!

This could not have gone any better. First the quality control manager Gary called 45 minutes before he was supposed to and said he finished his first job early and could he come over early. When he showed up he took his time and did a whole house inspection. Then he went to work. He arrived at 1130 am and other than the short time it took to go back and get the 2 water heaters, he worked straight through until almost 9 pm. This is the cleanest plumber I have ever seen. He cleaned up as he worked, was very polite and very professional. His work even looked neat and tidy - his work showed that he was a professional. Anybody can put in a toilet- but the professional snips the bolts that hold the toilet to the floor so the covers sit flush against the base. Anybody can put in water heaters but how many people make sure the plumbing is lined up and even across both tanks? This guy did. He even had to correct huge mistakes in previous toilet installations. We will definitely use Aaron's and ask for Gary again.

Aaron Plumbing is fantastic. This is actually the 2nd time I have used them. All of the plumbers are knowledgable and very courteous. They are honest and will only fix what needs to be fixed. Our plumber today was Malcolm and he was great!

We saw that the water heater pan had an inch of water in it. We read through the highly rated reviews and picked Aaron Services as a plumbing company that would be good for our problem. We asked for an experienced plumber. Mark Elrod called 30 minutes before arriving to let us know he was en route. He got right to work and diagnosed the problem after performing some tests. He was very patient in explaining all aspects of the repair and taught us about the repair throughout the time he was here. He replaced the main pressure regulator and the hot water heater T & P relief valve in about an hour. We will use this company in the future. We felt we received good value for our money because we had asked for a master plumber. Any apprentice of Mark's would be fortunate to have him as he is a good teacher.

At 8:00 AM this morning realized that we had no hot water. Called Aaron Plumbing at 9:00 AM, Malcolm ( our technician) was at my house at 11:00 AM (called 30 mins prior to arrival to notify me he was on the way). Replacement parts installed, lines flushed and working perfectly by 12:45 PM. I would have Aaron Plumbing back tomorrow, they were fantastic. Cannot thank Malcolm enough, total pro and the experience was superb - A+ service without a doubt.

This company will always up sale on the services quoted. Do NOT RECOMMEND

Nice technician who explained everything to me during his visit

On Thanksgiving Day, I noticed water coming through the basement wall where the main supply pipe is located. I have utilized Aaron Plumbing in the past and have always been pleased with their results, even though they're somewhat pricier than other providers. After initial review, it was determined the cause of the leak was the main supply pipe. This is a costly repair because most of the cost is not covered by insurance since water is coming from outside of the house (love how our great insurance companies have out clauses, NOT) and they have to dig outside to determine where the leak is. Bottom-line, it has taken 3 attempts to finally fix the issue (hope) and the problem was discovered on Thanskgiving Day (last visit was 1/11/16). The pipe was fixed, but in covering up the pipe outside, water continued to come in the basement. Not as bad as the original leak, but still moisture was getting through the wall where the pipe wasn't sealed properly. In essence, Aaron had to dig outside three times and I had just invested $4500 in new landscaping. Fortunately, I had not given the contractor the ok to complete the drywall and basement inside, because it would have had to be torn down twice! I SAVED Aaron A LOT OF $ BY DELAYING. I appreciate the fact the Aaron Plumbing took full responsibility for their work and were very punctual in trying to get it fixed. My issue is that we had to take time off from work to be home (lost wages) and our landscaping and yard had to be dug up 3 times (they did try their best to put everything back correct). I felt a call from management should have been made and some type of refund offered for the time involved in getting this fix. It also has delayed getting our basement back to where it once was and our new landscaping and some of the yard is not the same. Bottom-line, Aaron took accountability for the issue and has great people working for them. My only wish is that the next step would have been taken to compensate us for the hassle, time from work, and landscaping, and to at least make an effort to reach out. I am still concerned after 3 times the issue may still be there, so I'm delaying the completion of the work inside until I'm convinced it is.

Prefer not to comment. Would be interested to know if those sent out are bonded. The ratings are all F because of the overall experience.

Great. Tim did a great job. He called me 30 minutes before the job to verify my address. When he arrived, he quickly started by listening to the situation and assessing how he could help. He used the video camera system to look down several of the gutter and french drain drainage pipes. One of the pipes was blocked - he then used his locating tool to show me the spot of the blockage. Since this part of the job went so quickly, I asked if he could help with a shower leak that I had been meaning to fix. He said he probably had the part and then went on to fix that problem quickly as well. This is my first experience with Aaron Plumbing and I was very happy with their service.

Gabe was on time and professional. Diagnosed the problem and fix them after we agree to price at same day.

2.5 years ago, Aaron's replaced a dead water heater and pressure regulator for us...... The Pressure Regulator died Saturday, called Aaron's Monday - they were here next day! I was expecting to wait and wait for service based on some other companies..... these guys are great. FAST & VERY RELIABLE SERVICE! I cannot recommend Tim J. Adams, Operations Manager, highly enough - now we can once again wash clothes and cook dinner -&/or- shower at the same time!
