Our experience has been great. We had issues with our air conditioner. We scheduled online with Aaron’s for the next day. We received a reminder email with a photo of the tech. Hunter Hall was the service tech who came out and repaired the unit. We needed a new coil and Hunter came back and promptly installed it. He was very personable and friendly. Thanks Hunter!!

Dino's service was beyond belief! I'd just returned from nearly a week stay in the hospital. My wife was with me. I had turned the air units off before we left. Because it was so hot, the upstairs unit failed when I turned it on. I should have left it on at least at a higher temp. But I was heading to the Emergency Room when we left and wasn’t thinking straight. So, this was all my fault. I called Aaron Services. Not surprising all their people were out on jobs. I took next day AM schedule and they put me in if an opening came up. (We could sleep downstairs). Five minutes later I got a call and was told Dino was in the area and was on his way. He arrived, checked it out and told us the compressor was gone, and we needed a new one. He could do it but it would take a “few hours” and presented us with a cost of $1875.00. My wife got upset thinking of hospital bills etc. We still had a warranty on the unit but Dino explained that there was a lot to the installation. He showed me pictures of how he had tried to revive the old compressor. I thought it was fair. Well, Dino didn’t leave our house “until 8 hours later.” As he worked on it he found that he didn't have a parts etc. He insisted that one of his counterparts come in from Grayson and bring them to him. He cancelled "four" other jobs he had scheduled for that afternoon and asked his management for support, that "he wasn't going to leave our house until he got our air running!" From what I learned it takes great know-how and capability to do a job like this. The quoted price was certainly reasonable. But his effort to get it done for us that day was “priceless.” My wife and I are blessed to now have Dino as a friend. He is a special person. Thank you Dino! Thank you Aaron Services.

waited all day and when the tech Malcolm finally came at 3:25 acted irritated upon seeing the work to be done. after 15 minutes gave me an enormous quote for half of the job. then proceeded to ask for payment for the visit eventhough I was assured when i booked that the consultation is free.

Came to fix minor drip on second floor shower drain on Friday afternoon. Mind you this was not emergency and I told them no rush to come out. They sent plumber out at 5:00PM same day anyway to get the job done GREAT!! 2.5 hours later, with drain apart, plumber informs me that needs new drain and being end of day would need to come back Monday morning. No problem. Got call Monday morning telling me that wouldn’t be able to get out until later in the week. NOT GOOD! Went from working shower (with minor leak) to torn up NOT working shower! I called another plumber and they came out and fixed it within 3 hours of my call.

Plumber did not show and the excuse did not make sense to me.

I simply requested a quote to replace a toilet over a week ago and have not heard from anyone at this company. Very disappointing considering their good reviews and being a Super Service Award Company with Angies List. Super bad service. update as of 03/6 - management contacted me and they were very apologetic and would like another opportunity to work with them in the future. By virtue of a personal call, I now believe they are a more professional company and it was just an error.

Kenny Black and his team did a great job fixing my septic tank and replacing some old pipes. They took extra time to clean up and make sure my front yard looked the way it did when they arrived. Thanks guys!

Aaron Services was great- easy to schedule and very responsive. Gabe gave me a call when he was about 30 minutes out and was on time. He was very friendly and explained exactly what was going on with my plumbing. He was even honest about my leaking toilet, and said that since it was 20 years old it wasn't worth paying for him to fix it and instead I should just get a new one! He fixed my drainage pipe amazingly quickly and left hardly any mess despite having to remove a lot of the drywall in my pantry. I would definitely hire Aaron Services again if I ever have other plumbing issues, and I would ask for Gabe!

If you are looking for an excellent company to perform your plumbing tasks, look no further here folks and contact them. We had an outdoor leak over the weekend and started the task of trying to find someone to call. We expected to have problems as it was the weekend before New Years, and knew most were probably not working. We went thru and sent messages to three on here, and they actually responded back on New Years day, and set up an appointment for the next day. Gabe showed up and determined the leak was around the house as we suspected, gave us a quote, and started working on it. After getting down to the water line entrance into the basement, the it took an unexpected turn, and went much deeper than originally thought towards the meter. It was going to need a back hoe to dig deep enough to find the leak in which that runs the costs up. After discussing it with my Bride, we decided it would not cost much more to just run a brand new line, then repair a 22 year old water main. We also new it was copper pipe at the house and PVC at the meter at the street, which shows it transitioned to a different material, which is not always that uncommon. We just had no idea what else was under the ground we could not see. We went ahead and got the process going for an all new line, and the more they worked on it, it was obvious the sub-standard worked the original plumbers did, it was a good decision. Anyway, hats off to both Gabe & Gary for induring the 20 degree weather & 19 MPH winds this morning to get it back up working. Both were very knowledgeable & professional in their work, and if we need plumbing work done again, they will be the first place we call.

I received a phone call at 12:36 that they would not be able to keep the appointment and if I could reschedule for two days later! NOT!

Gabe from Aaron Plumbing installed a hot water line, drain trap, and dryer vent/duct for us in our basement so we could install a washer and dryer. He did a fantastic job and we would not hesitate to use his services again. Thanks

Tim came out, quickly determined that things seemed to be in order and was finished promptly. Great service, professionalism and responsiveness. A+. Didn't waste time or do anything unnecessary.

1st visit—ran a 6ft spring down toilet to unblock it. Problem recurred 2 wks later. Return service call to visualize to street; no charge. Line was clear from wax ring to street, meaning that blockage was within toilet, and toilet needed to be replaced. Replaced toilet with power-flush system, no problems sin e then (about 2 months). Gary was careful, clean, explained options well, efficient, cared about finding a suitable solution. Great tech. Later replaced my water heater and pressure reduction valve that had blown. Cost good for that replacement too.

This plumbing problem was persisting over the weekend, so I called first thing Monday morning and they had an available appointment the same day. Chris came that afternoon and fixed it quickly. He was very professional and friendly. Plumbing is back to normal with no further issues! Thanks so much for quick response, swift and professional service. We will hire again, should we need plumbing repairs again.

Amazing! I called Aaron Services, They have done all of our plumbing work over the past 20 years. Kim was highly responsive. She was able to arrange for Chris to come out ASAP. He was at our house in less than an hour. In the meantime, I'd already started digging a hole to show him the water rising up. He knew what to do. I agreed to a price range of $2000 to $2400. Chris left and returned with a backhoe, drove it up to the wall and dug out a good-sized hole at least 4 ft deep, He repaired the pipe with a splice and filled the hole back up. He charged me $2200, which I thought was more than fair compared to other work I've had done (not necessarily plumbing). Based on the level of service and watching him work, it was definitely more than fair! Chris completed the work later that afternoon! Impressive! Couldn't thank him enough! Excellent!
