Description of Work: They gave me an estimate for a water heater replacement over the phone. They wouldn’t even come out and didn’t seem very interested in the job. They could have been a little more enthusiastic about my business, but at least they were honest.

Description of Work: Aaron Plumbing replaced my hot water heater as it was leaking. The technician who came out and provided me a quote and then did the installation was very knowledgeable and helpful. He got the work done in the timeframe he had indicated it would take. He cleaned up the work area very well and made sure everything was functioning properly before he left.

Description of Work: Chris Gomer installed a couple of water heaters and a hot water circulation pump. Chris is one of the best plumbers that I have ever had work for me.

Description of Work: They replaced a cartridge in the shower. I had told the front office person that I also needed a handle and that I had a leak, the source of which I could not find, so could they send a person that had leak detection experience. They said they would. The person they sent did not bring a handle and informed me that he couldn't get one. Also, he informed me that since there was no handle, he could not test for a leak, since he could not turn on and off the shower without the handle unless he just used pliers. Of course, there were other potential sources of the leak which he could have tested, but didn't bother. I'm guessing that he didn't want to take the time that it would take to do the job.

Description of Work: One of the major factor influencing an overall rating of C is due to the fact that, in my initial inquiry I had asked a specific question for Water heater cleaning and flush. While scheduling the appointment, AARON should have asked upfront questions about the duration since the heater has been installed and the make of the water heater. It was rather surprising to hear from the technician, that he will not drain/flush the heater because it has been 3 years already since the installation. My primary and the sole reason for engaging Aaron was defeated right there. For the effort that was taken by the technician to come all the way, without any grudges I went ahead and paid him whatever was due.

Description of Work: We had several leaks and thought we would have to have the pipes in both bathrooms replaced. The plumber said it was the shower faucets. He replaced the faucets in both bathroom showers, and the leaks are gone. What could have been a major expense turned out to be somewhat minor. I would use Arron Plumbing again without hesitation and would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: Aarons plumbing was contaced to fix what I thight was a broken watee pipe. The plumber provided a thorough inspection and kept me apprised of what he was looking for and why. Although there was a small pool of water in my ceiling below a water pipe, the pipe was not the case of the problem. The plumber inspected further to determine the cause of the water leaking from the ceiling and only charged a modest service call fee. His honesty and professionalism will get my business in the future when the need should arise.
