Description of Work: I discovered a water leak somewhere between the main cutoff from the street to the main cutoff into my home on Sat 12/3/16 @ 8am and called Aaron @9am. The CR rep (brian Tibett's) arrived @11am and determined where my leak was occurring. He quoted my a reasonable price for repairs and then began to fix the problem. He was very professional and efficient. I was amazed how quickly he dug the deep hole to expose the position of the leak. During the repair he explained how he was going to repair the leak and he did not mind me asking questions. Brian was absolutely very thoughtful, patient, knowledgeable and a great communicator. Aaron Services is fortunate to have him as a CSR for an employee.

Description of Work: Aaron plumbing ran the classic rip off on me. I only used them as they had high ratingsm The guy showed up and sdvised for $49 he would do a diagnostic on me iffy water heater. I had did internet research and talked to plumbing guys at the "depot" locations. I knew I needed a y hetmal coupler ... This guy looked at it for 30 seconds and said I think 80% it is your thermocoupler vut not sure. I hsd already bought the part for $8 ... He insisted he use his own part ... Hr then said it would be $220 to put a new coupler on. I had researched estimated repair time at under 20 minutes for novice like myself but this guy was a plumber with years of experience. 10 minutes later he says ... Not the coupler but u need New unit ... Unit was 9 years old ...before he replaced my coupler... I could light the pilot and it would remain on for 10 minutes or so ... After this guy put in new coupler it wouldnt even light or even spark ... Im sure he sabotaged it. Then he says ... Ive got a waterheater I can install for $1750 ... I sai no thanks ... Ill knock off $100 .... No thanks ... I'll reduce umyour bill by the $220 ... No thanks ... Ill come down to $125.00 ... No .... $1000 if we do it today ... No ... We can finance ... No ... Ill give u this price for two weeks if u ask for me ... I'll think about it ... After this scam I went back to the "Depot" store bought a better water heater than he offered ... His had a 1yr/6yr warranty ... Store bought water heater had 3yr/9yr warranty ... Cost $999 and I got 10% off the unit ... So my net w tax wad less than $99. Bottom line .. Aaron Plumbing ran the game on me for$220.

Description of Work: I asked them to come in to replace a leaking wax ring on a toilet. $327 for a wax ring replacement! It would have cost half that to have an entire new toilet installed from almost any other plumbing company. They did the work, I paid them but that is it.

Description of Work: The job was to locate and repair a leak in our water supply line. We used Aaron in part because they were willing to send out a technician to assess the problem and provide an estimate without charge. The technician, Brian Tibbitt, was competent, professional, courteous and very hard-working. He corrected several deficiencies in the original construction and left the jobsite immaculate. Given the extent of the work, I think the charges were quite reasonable. Based on Aaron's responsiveness and Brian's performance, I would strongly recommend Aaron.
