Great…courteous technician.?

The original water heater was installed over 3 years ago by another plumber who is no longer listed in the current manufacturer's list of approved plumbers. During a recent cold spell, I had two furnaces running along with my tankless hot water heater. Several times I had no hot water and would have to go to the basement and restart the tankless. I chose Aaron plumbing after the reviews from Angies List. Tim Adams came out and descaled the tankless. He even contaced the manufacturer so they could come out and make sure the tankless was calibrated correctly. The manufacturer's rep came out and had a hard time calibrating the tankless to specs. This is when I found out the original gas line that was installed was too small. I called Tim again and he came back out to give me an estimate to replace the original gas line. He suggested I contact Atlanta Gas Light to possibly replace my original gas meter with a larger one. Atlanta Gas Light did come out and confirmed that I did need a larger gas meter and it was replaced. Tim came back and followed up with his crew by installing the manufactuer's specification on the correct size piping for the tannkless hot water heater. He rechecked all the fittings himself to make sure they were tight and then he tested all the fittings to insure there were no gas leaks. I would most definitely recommend Aaron Plumbing but especially Tim Adams for his expertise, professionalism, and follow-up!

Very good. A previous plumber had told me the faucet was not repairable and it would cost $650 for the replacement. Jeremy came out just for an estimate and ended up fixing all the problems. He found a replacement part locally for $41, picked up the part and fixed the leak. He also found the house water pressure was over twice the recommended limit. This explains previous problems I have had fixed and no one had identified the problem. The pressure regulator was replaced which prevented future disasters.

The outside drain valve for the water heater was leaking hot water for a little while so I called Aaron to come take a look. Tim Adams met me at my property (early, which was nice) and gave me an estimate to have 3 valves repaired/replaced. Unfortunately the estimate came to about $600 so I asked for another estimate to replace the water heater all together. I was pleased with the estimate for a new one and asked when the work could be done. Tim stated they keep 2 water heaters in their trucks at all times and there was a special going on and he could install a new one right away. I left him there to run errands and the new water heater was in place before 2 hours were up. Very professional.

The plumber came on a weekend at no additional cost ! We were pleased that he discussed the repair with us in advance and answered every question that we had.

Holes in a portion of the copper waterline in our basement ceiling had been leaking without us knowing until I discovered about 6:30 pm last night. I called a plumber we used frequently and his response time wasn't until the following morning which would leave us without water until fixed. I called Aaron Plumbing and a technician was here within 45 minutes. He got right to work and had us up and running within an hour. He was courteous and professional. Aaron will be our plumber from now on.

Aaron plumbing did a great job putting in a tankless system at my house. Brian and Jeremy seemed to go the extra effort, working on a holiday and also making sure I was happy by making a couple design adjustments. Not only great service but it appears to me that the product they are selling was top of the line vs some competitors that sold a less efficient model.

Everything went well. He showed up right on time, took off his shoes and put on "booties" and did all the work in a short amount of time. I do not know wether or not their prices were reasonable because I don't know anything about plumbing but we had another company come out the day before and their price was much higher. We got a bad feeling about that company and decided not to have them return to do the work. As for Arron plumbing, we would definitely use them again.

Tim (the owner I think) responded on a Sunday (!) and was at our house in only one hour (which in itself is really amazing). He was VERY professional; worked fast to diagnose the problem and recommend the services needed. Tim is also extremely careful to be respectful of your house, wearing protection over his shoes, etc etc so as not to cause any dirt or damage, which made me very happy. The Sunday diagnostic visit (with camera and snake) cost $389. To make me even happier, Tim's crew came the very next morning, Monday at 9am to do the whole job, and they were done around 4pm. This big job cost $2000 (dig down 2-3', clear and repair the leak in the pipe, lay a little bit of new PVC, pour some concrete, install a new trap, install new main valve, install new pressure valve). Again these two guys were VERY professional, polite, and great to deal with; they left my yard in very good shape which made me very happy. If I could rate responsiveness and professionalism as an "A-plus", I would, as I'm truly impressed with these guys. Any plumber (or any contractor at all) who actually answers the phone, responds on a SUNDAY, and gets here within one hour, is pretty amazing in my book. This is a good guy, and great service, to be sure!

Paul G is the plumber who did the service. He expained in detail what needed to be done and gave us an estimate before starting the work. We were pleased with the results.

They were very prompt, nice and polite. They don?t do this kind of work though and said that I needed to get an appliance man. I would definitely do business with them if I had any plumbing problems.

From the woman who answered the office phone to the completed work, I couldn't have been happier. I was in a panic as water was flooding in and the phone was answered by someone who calmed me. The repair person (Gabe) was out within the hour. Very professional and polite. Handled all that needed to be done. Was very clean and caring that I was satisfied with the finished results. He was happy to accept the discount coupon that was on Angie's List. Two weeks later, I needed to use Aaron Plumbing a second time for a completely different repair. I was happy to have Gabe return again. He also accepted a second discount coupon from Angie's List. Please feel comfortable using this company.

Aaron Plumbing did an outstanding job replacing our leaking blue polybutylene pipe. Their plumber Tim answered all our questions. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and responsive. Tim saw solutions where other plumbers we called saw problems. Unfortunately, the Shell Oil class action for the polybutylene pipe ended last year. Considering there was no way for us to file a claim, cost was a concern. But Aaron Plumbing?s pricing was more than competitive based on our price comparisons. They help put this troubling issue to rest for our family. We knew our house would have to be "repiped" at some point. We're glad they help us get it done. We now have the peace of mind we need to move forward with other household projects.

Paul was a cosumate professional and provided answers to all our questions. We will without doubt,use Aaron's services again. It is extremely satisfying to deal with professionals of this quality.

I was extremely pleased with the service that we received. The fellow that they sent out was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was able to fix all of the problems in about an 1.5 hours, and I felt that the price was excellent! Overall, I would definitely recommend Aaron Plumbing to anyone.

Very pleasant receptionist scheduled an appointment the same day I called for an estimate. Installer arrived at the appointed time. We agreed on the job that needed to be done and price and scheduled a time that was convenient for me. The installer arrived within three minutes of our scheduled appointment and completed the work in every way that one could expect of a professional. They were happy to accept my Angie's list $25 discount without question. Too bad there aren't more service providers like Aaron's.

Other than the unexpected costs, which they were reasonable on, it was good.

I wasn't planning on getting one but I did and it's pretty good. These heaters work really well. I am not the engineer but I believe it heats up in a small pipe as it's flowing through and you don't run out of hot water for sure. It's a little bit less pressure to use two things at once but that would happen with a regular water heater I think. It works pretty well and you can regulate it as hot as you want. Aaron's were prompt, they were clean, and they were cordial. They explained everything they needed to do. I was impressed with them and happy I used them. They actually came back and did an inspection of my house subsequent to that not too long ago. Again they were helpful and professional guys. I would definitely recommend them and use them again. They had to re-plumb some stuff. They had to drill a hole in the wall to put a vent in and do some electrical work as well. It was simple for them but there were a lot of little pieces of work. I think they were pretty quick. I would hire them in the future.

Mark was able to quickly determine the source of the leak. He neatly dug up an area in a flower bed and made the needed repair. He then replaced the dirt so well that it was hard to tell where the work had been done. He was super polite and answered ALL of my questions BEFORE he started working. When my brother and sister in law returned on Sunday they were delighted with the prompt service and neat repair.

We had an intermittent leak coming from somewhere in the kitchen that also periodically seeped into the great room. We called Aaron plumbing around 11:15 A.M. and their truck pulled up at 12:50 P.M. that day. Tim Adams was the person from Aaron Plumbing and I must say that he was very professional and did a great job. We explained the problem and showed him where the leak manifested itself. The first thing that he did was to inspect the plumbing including the water input to the house, the hot water heater and the water manifold. He then tested our water pressure and found that the water pressure regulator valve had failed. Because of this we had 120 PSI water throughout the house. He replaced the pressure regulator valve and adjusted the water pressure. After two weeks there have been no more leaks. We had to replace the hot water heater in the past and at the time of replacement no thermal expansion tank was required by code. IN our location they are now required for new installations. He explained the benefits of having the expansion tank but put no pressure on us to buy this additional service. We decided to go ahead and have him install the expansion tank. After testing everything (hot water heater and tank) we elected to have him complete the installation of a new dishwasher which we had just purchased. Throughout this entire experience Tim was polite, professional and thorough. We are well satisfied with the work performed. We did not get competitive quotes due to the emergency nature of the repairs. However, from talking to neighbors the price we paid was reasonable. We will call on Aaron Plumbing again.

I am recovering from major water damage to my townhome caused by a broken supply line to an upstaris toilet. Another plumber came and replaced the supply line and said I needed a new PVR to regulate water pressure, which would cost me about $400. I was having a hard time catching up with old plumber to have work done and I decided to call Aaron after a quick net search. They scheduled for the next day. Gabe showed up on time and after checking my pressure said I didn't, in fact, need the new valve. He didn't charge me a service fee, either! The $25 I spent was to renew my Angieslist membership for another year so I could spread the good word. BTW, Aaron is family-owned and has been around for more than 30 years. Their family-business values show!

We called in the morning and had someone at the house within a few hours. He gave me an estimate, which seemed fair. Once he started working, he found another problem. He seemed polite, knowledgeable, and honest. So much so that I got a service contract with them. Since then he's been out again for a different problem. My experience was also very positive.

We had a gieser in the front yard! The blue poly water line in the front yard burst. Aaron plumbing replaced 135 feet of blue poly with copper. They performed the job in under 1 day. 8 years later we have not had any problems with the water line they installed.
