Nice experience from the first phone call to the repair person coming out.

We are new to Angie's list and joined because we have some issues with our former bathroom remodelers' work. Our "new" master BA sinks were leaking (minor) underneath the counter. Our J & J bathroom had a minor leak and because our master was under remodeling, the father/son team "corrected" this leak. When the master sinks started to leak, we chose to leave Larry, Curly, and Moe alone and join Angie's. Hindsight is ALWAYS 20/20! Rob came to the rescue! We switched the cheap drain stoppers in our master BA with brass at Rob's recommendation. While Rob did not focus on the contractor's("we're gonna save you money") work in a negative manner, he did comment that quality parts had not been used and it is only a matter of time that our J & J sink will begin to have the same problem. We were so relieved to have this problem eliminated. We will be calling this company to re-work our J & J sink in Jan 2013. THANK YOU, ROB!

The technician was professional and did not find any major issues but provided a lengthy list of recommended repairs. I've had other plumbers look at the list of recommended repairs and a number were found to be unnecessary.

The job was great. Mike Olah was incredible, honest and very fair. We had other contractors come to give us quotes that were a minimum of twice as much as Aaron quoted. One company actually and told us we'd have remove ALL the existing cast iron pipes in the house and spend 2300 to fix a 600 job.

Jim replaced the regulator and did a great job.

I called Aaron's Plumbing after my regular plumber failed to make two previously scheduled appointments. I called on Friday, and was given an appointment time for Monday morning, from 9:00-12:00. Scott called at 9:00 and was here by 9:20. I had asked him to replace my garbage disposal. He did not only did an excellent job of that, but reworked some of the pipes to allow for even better drainage. He also educated me on how to better use my garbage disposal. Scott was very informative, professional, punctual, and cost-minded. I will call Aaron's the next time I need a plumber and I will request Scott.

called aarons plumbing and had same day service. service man arrived and gave estimate of how much it would cost to replace broken water pipe and saved me money by installing pipe that was available and not needing special ordering. work was finished in reasonable time and price was as estimated. repair man was personable and informative. made bad situation a lot more easier to handle.

The locations of some of the pipes required the tech to stand on a ladder in a not so safe position. However the tech got the job done with no problem. I was please with the service.

Chris did an excellent job! He wore booties on his shoes to keep my floors clean and installed every piece carefully. He even tightened up another faucet in another bathroom for me! He cleaned up after his work and was very nice and polite. Thank you, Chris!

Junior came and explained everything he was going to do. He definitely knew what he was doing and had no problem showing me. Fortunately my house was in great condition so he let me know. If I ever need plumbing services I will definitely call this company as well as recommending them to my friends and family.

I called Aaron Plumbing yesterday and Scott, the technician, came out today. We had to have the water heater replaced. Scott was on time (early in fact!), incredibly knowledgeable, thorough and extremely professional. The brand of water heaters they install is a little more than others, but I felt like Scott was honest in telling me that they only use this one particular brand because it lasts longer and performs better. No one likes replacing a water heater, but Scott actually made the entire experience painless. Thank you Aaron Plumbing - you are now our first choice!

The worker was very open in his communication of the situation and what options we had. He was very timely in his work. And have had no issues since the repair. Very pleased.

Called on Saturday because of a toilet that was constantly flushing water down the drain and was able to get an appointment for Monday. They showed up on time. Over the phone they will not give you any idea of the cost but will provide an estimate when they arrive which should have been a clue. My wife was present for the visit and had decided to ask them to take a look at the shower drain which was draining sluggishly. They fixed the toilet for $141 with $59 for the part. The charge for snaking the drain was $159. The entire visit took less than an hour and the total bill was $357. I feel the charge for snaking the drain was very excessive since they were already there for another issue. The work quality is fine but would not use again due to high cost.

The price was fair and they did a very good job. He went out and bought a new machine with the camera on it, so I could see the roots in the drain. The specialist who came out was very thorough and explained everything to me. They provided excellent customer service.

I called at 8:30am for a problem and they came out at 1:00pm on that same day. My water heaters had gone out, and I also happened to have a clogged toilet as well. Then technician named Mark came out and was very professional. He unclogged the toilet with his auger without a problem. He was very clean about the whole procedure. He went over my options and costs for the water heaters. Since the water heaters were reaching their average life expectancy, we opted for new water heaters. He was able to deal with replacing the water heaters on the same day. He had the proper water heater on his truck, and one of his fellow technicians came over right away with a second water heater so he could complete the job. He had to stay until 8pm to complete the job. Even though he had to work late, he had a great attitude about it. He completed the work with skill and professionalism. I will use Aaron plumbing again!!

I emailed Aaron Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon and they responded quickly and we spoke that day. Mark came out on Monday and gave me an estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I thought the estimate was fair and I got an Angie?s List discount. I called to schedule the work on Tuesday. It?s difficult for me to take off from work during the week or work from home so I requested to have the work done on a Saturday. Aaron Plumbing was very accommodating and scheduled Chris to come out that very Saturday. I had a lot of items on my list and actually expected I might have to break it into 2 Saturday?s of work. Chris was focused, worked really hard and got all the work done efficiently, with quality, in the one day. He was very professional, cleaned up the work space (even better than he found it!) and even helped me get a garden tub faucet off that I?m trying to match for replacement. It was a great experience. I reached out for information and had the work completed within one week. I had contact with several people from the company and each person was professional, respectful and courteous. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors and use them again in the future.

Our toilet was plugged by an object that fell in during a flush. I removed the toilet but was unable to remove the object. Put a call in to request service, and technician was at the door within 2 hours. Removed the object - not an easy task in this case - and re-seated the toilet. Service was prompt, very courteous, bathroom was spotless when work was completed, and garbage was removed from premises. Excellent service!

Called at 8 AM and setup an appointment for 1-4 PM time slot. Called before showing up at about 1:30. Fast, freindly, and efficient.

He checked our water heater units and also checked the internal and external water pressure. He was very professional and showed up on time. His appearance was clean and acceptable.

Mark explained everything to me as he went along and promptly fixed the problem. The whole experience was very positive. If I ever have any future needs for a plumber I plan on contacting Aaron Plumbing and I will ask for Mark to do the work. I highly recommend them.

Discovered a leak under the kitchen cabinets. Dave Psomas from Aaron Plumbing came out, determined it was the garbage disposal. Because Dave had a similar unit with him he was able to replace it immediately. Dave was professional, told us the cost up front and that's what it was at the end. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Rob Clutteer came out to do the work. I had him before and he is an excellent plumber, so felt comfortable having him again. He did the work for the estimate he had given me and was again, efficient and neat. I highly recommend him and Aaron Plumbing and will use them for all my plumbing repairs in the future.

As always, Aaron's exceeds expectations. I've used them 3 times in the last two years and I can honestly say they are the most professional and honest company we've ever dealt with, regardless of industry. From the time the call was made to the problem being fixed, everything was done with unbelievable care and service. Aarons truly believes in the "customer first" philosophy! They are honest (which is saying a lot for the profession they"re in!) and I never feel pressured. Jim was professional and told us exactly what the issue was. Initally, the quote was for $600.00, but when he found the problem wasn't as big as he thought, it came to $239.00. Where do you find that honestly and credibility anymore! Though plumbing issues are the last thing anyone wants to have, at least when they happen I can call a company that I completely trust and would recommend to all my friends and family.

She called Aaron Plumbing and they came out that afternoon. Chris was the technician and was very thorough. After checking several potential sources he determined the water came in from around the water pipe that brings water into the house from the street. We had about 8 inches of rain here yesterday and recently had our front doorstep redone. The gutter was not fixed and water drained directly against the foundation and came in through that space around the pipe. He didn't even charge us for the service call! Guess which plumber I'm calling next time?

The technician came out the same day we called. He recognized that the tankless water heater had not been installed correctly and was missing some parts. He called the manufacturer to order the parts and be sure of the work that was needed. He came back the next day and installed the parts and went over every detail of what he was doing. The water heater is working perfectly at this time. The technician was very good about explaining what was not done correctly and what we should look for if it needed to be flushed, serviced or any other problems. We were very pleased this his professionialism and thought the price for what was done was reasonable. We also have a year warranty on the work that was done.
