The repairmen arrived as scheduled, was very informative of the problem and fully explained the different options.

I called Aaron's plumbing about 10am. They said they could have someone out between 2-5. Keith came about 3:30. He called about 30 minutes ahead of time to let me know He was on his way. Repair was done quickly and to my satisfaction. Keith was very nice,prompt and professional. I would use this company again.

I had just put in new kitchen counters, and got a new sink with it. I had installed the new faucet myself but needed the new garbage disposal hooked-up and the outgoing water drains connected to the new sink. I had hoped the cost would be in the ~300 range because it was just the outgoing lines, but the work appears to be good quality and there were no problems.

I came home to a puddle of water in the floor and checked Angie's list for a good plumber. Of the top 3 Aaron's opened the earliest so I chose them because I work nights. I was told the technician would be there between 8:00 and 11:00. He arrived on schedule around 10:00 after calling to let me know he was on the way. The tech was very polite and professional and used shoe covers over his shoes since it was raining that day. The problem was located fairly quickly and repaired. It probably took a little over an hour and a half from start to finish and would have been much faster if he didn't have to remove and replace the dishwasher. The only reason Aaron's get a B on quality is that when I went to use the dishwasher a few days later it did not come on. I called Aaron's back the next morning when I got home and they sent the same tech back out to fix the problem. The second time I was given the same 8:00 to 11:00 window but he was at my home by 8:30. Turns out it was just an electrical connection that had not been made tight enough the first time. The tech apologized for the trouble and even waited around for a bit to let the dishwasher cycle to make sure it was working properly this time. There was no charge for the return visit. Overall I was please with the level of customer service provided. Mistakes are sometimes made, but it is how a company handles them that shows their professionalism.

Keith told me when he would arrive and was exactly on time. He was polite, professional and provided good and honest advice in addition to helping solve the problems. I highly recommend Keith.

Different plumber this time, also very experienced, polite and helpful with recommendation and options. Aaron's Plumbing has been consistent with their excellent service - fixed right the first time, no callbacks. While I might be able to find a less expensive plumber, I'd prefer one I know I can depend on and I always get a quality job. Will absolutely use them again for additional "planned" work in the near future.

My hot water heater was leaking and I was afraid it would flood my home. I explained my concerns to Kim (who answered the phone) and Rob called within 10 minutes. He arrived at my house 5 minutes later. He had to go buy the right replacement unit for my home, but was still able to get it replaced and fully functional in about 2 hours. Fun and efficient . . . I could not have been happier!

Aaron plumbing repaired the leak in our main water line. They were willing to come out to give us a free estimate on the project, were easy to contact and schedule the repair work, and quoted us a very reasonable and competitive price. The plumber seemed knowledgeable and experienced.

They were very good. I had the hot water heater done first and liked the work they did so I called them back to fix the shower.

Jim came to the house to diagnose a temperature regulator problem in my shower. Even though he was unable to diagnose it because I didn't authorize him to open the wall. After a hour spent taking the shower knobs apart and trying to regulate the temperature he was at least able to tell me that there's a true problem with it but it lays inside the wall because it could be an installation problem or faulty cartridges or whoever installed the shower could have melted the cartridge which is a common thing when the installer is the builder. He advised me that it would cost from $500 to $2,000 to have this problem fixed and if I could live with it, that I should avoid all the trouble. He was honest, and truly tried to fix the problem. I would definitely hire this company again!

It was a Big Deal that I purchased. I was pleased; it worked out great. They were able to correct the issue. I would absolutely consider them in the future.

I was extremely happy with the professionalism, service, honesty, and quality of work I experienced from Louis. He did a great job repairing my shower and toilet. I had another plumber tell me that he might need to break the tiles around my shower fixture just to see if he could repair it. Louis had the experience to fix it without any damage to the shower. He made other adjustments so the fixture works much better now than it did before. I was also very happy with the price. The cost from Aaron Plumbing was less than half of what another plumbing company quoted to me for the same repairs. The most important thing to me was I felt that Louis was honest with me and did not try to exaggerate the problem or overcharge me. Because of his honesty and skill I will request Louis from Aaron Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs.

It was fine. They were on time. Very communicative and made suggestions for future considerations for us to make. No high pressure. Very thorough and informative.

We had a leak in our garage which was due to a bad connection in the upstairs toilet above the garage. I just saw a spot and wasn't sure if it was coming from the bathroom or if it might be from the roof, but he was able to identify it easily and quickly. He removed the toilet and fixed the connection with the proper adhesive (which hadn't been done before). He also took time to make minor adjustments to the toilet so I wouldn't 'have to call him out here again'. The house and bathrooms are getting a little age (15 years or so), and he said that it may be to my advantage to replace the toilets at some point because they aren't flushing well. (He said that this would be more cost effective and fix the problem.) He was nice enough to check out the downstairs toilet, too, when making this recommendation. I was very concerned about if the 'spot' that was made in the garage was mold and he said it wasn't and gave me a number of someone to call to fix the drywall since I had concerns about another spot in our bedroom. (He said that there was no need to call out a mold removal company; very expensive and would make my insurance go up.) He was also nice enough to look in my attic and try to identify whether the leak in my bedroom was coming from the A/C or something else; turns out to possibly be the 'boot' on the roof; so he also recommended a roofer to me. He definitely went above and beyond his job in helping me out!

On time, took about 45 minutes for whole process.

They were knowledgable on the phone in setting up my needs for the appointment. The technician was on time and very professional. He kept me informed up front of any problems and potential cost. i would gladly use them again.

Aaron plumber,Louis, pint pointed leak spot in 10 minutes, and completed the job in two hours. Excellent work in timely fashion.

All went quite well. Louis appeared, examined the problem faucets and determined the cutoff valves had to be replaced. He did that and resolved the problem.

From calling for service to the plumber who arrived everything was smooth. They fixed the problem quickly and even came back a few months later when it began again (their work was under warranty.) Have not had another problem since. Fantastic service all around!
