Removed Pedestal Lavatory, installed new Vanity Cabinet and faucet with new supply line risers, replaced two lavatory faucets with new supply line risers, checked shutoff valves. Vanity cabinet and faucets were provided by the customer. The Pedestal Lavatory had originally been installed without backing and it was not possible to fix/reinstall it the same way. Gabriel provided two options: 1. Attach it to the wall with special glue. 2. Install new vanity cabinet. Customer selected the second option. The old faucets were more than 20 years old, so it took some time for Gabriel to remove them, but he always maintained a positive attitude, installed everything as requested, checked everything after that, cleaned up and answered some additional customer questions. Overall assessment: Highly recommended.

This was the 4th toilet we've had repaired and Aaron Plumbing does great work. They've done other repairs for us, as well. This was just the latest.

Gabe arrived right on time and looked and acted very professional. He looked at the drain that's in my laundry room floor, and determined that in order to place the washer pan where I would like, close to the wall, he would need to rip up my laundry room floor, in order to reposition the drain, so that it would fit a standard drain pan. I told him that I had had a drain pan installed before, and that he simply needed to drill a hole in the pan to match the position of the drain. He then said that our drain is not a standard size (it is), and that he would need to get a custom fitting. His estimate was over $400 to purchase and install a drain pan...as if I would hire him after his attempt to rip me off. Steer clear!

They did a good job replacing the wax ring. The only thing that was strange was that it seemed like I had to decide what I wanted done before even pulling the toliet up. Otherwise, everything went well and the toliet no longer leaks, and I got to use my Angie's List member coupon.

Malcolm, the wonderful service technician, came to evaluate the situation, and advised me on the parts I needed to order. He referred me to Ferguson Gallery to buy the special Kohler parts for my shower. The parts arrived within two days, and I scheduled an appointment to have them installed. This was not an easy installation for many reasons, nevertheless, Malcolm was very successful in his work. There were many issues that could have gone wrong, but he was persistent, and the job was completed beautifully. The whole experience was handled professionally and with a minimum of stress. I will definitely use Aaron Services again, and I am recommending them to all of my friends.

John showed up exactly when he was scheduled, and did some extensive troubleshooting, eventually -- by process of careful elimination -- determining that the leak was from water draining down the outside of an upstairs tub during showers and migrating back under the tub, eventually making its way into the garage ceiling. To make sure he hadn't missed anything he cut several holes in the garage ceiling to check that the water wasn't actually coming from elsewhere, and to see if there was much water damage (there wasn't).

They were great. Explained what was needed and type/size of on-demand system required for a 2.5 bath house - showed up when promised - completed the job on time - everything has worked without any problems. I would use them again without question.

GAF and JM were both promptly on time and did a very professional job. I was quite please with the work.

I had been using Aaron Plumbing for over 3 years and this is the fist time I had to utilize their HVAC services. The HVAC tech came out a couple of weeks ago to repair my system. He installed 3 cans of freon and told me the a/c should work fine. I left my condo for three hours after he completed the service and my a/c unit was not working when I returned home. I called the tech and he said that now the motor on my outside compressor needed to be replaced and that that would be an additional $600. I had just spent $485 for 3 cans of freon and that did not work. He said the motor was no guarantee. I asked if their would be a discount for the replacement of the entire system given the freon did not work and he said no, so basically the $485 was totally lost. Well given he had previously told me that the freon should work, I lost all confidence in Aaron's Plumbing. Aaron has done great plumbing work for me in the past, but it is apparent that they are not trained to work on HVAC's. I am extremely disappointed as I have been loyal to Aaron for over 4 years now, and to have spent $485 to get nothing is totally unacceptable. I have not received any follow up from Aaron's on this service.

The service was exceptionally good. Gary took time to describe the problems with the previous installation by another provider, ten years past. He politely gave me choices (fix / replacement) and options for warranty. He installed the new hot water heater without any assistance, cleaned the work area after finishing the job, and tested the system prior to leaving. I would recommend this company to anyone.

He did a good job. They are knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem immediately, and he fixed it.

Septic guys came out immediately and were super nice! Showed me where the tank is and said I probably didn't need that service, it could be fixed with a plumber. They didn't charge me for that visit. Plumber (Gary) came out and snaked the line and said it was probably ok, the situation had resolved itself, and again, no charge! Great guys all around, quick service, even late afternoon on Good Friday!

Pefect. The plumber was great and knowledgeable. He explained everything that needed to be done and then did it. It's been almost 2 months and the toilet still doesn't run.

Called Aaron Services around 9:00 am and received a quick appt. for 11:00-2:00, showed up around noon. Very profesional, Chris did a great job explaining why we didnt have a leak and if we did what would be the issue and how much. Certainly will use them again on any plumbing concerns!

2/2/17 I received a call last night from a member of management. Extremely apologetic for my experience. She committed to take actions internally to mitigate future occurrences. I was offered a complete refund, but declined as my goal is for Aaron to be wildly successful and learn from the mistakes. 2/1/2017 I truly hate having to do this review. I have been a loyal customer of Aaron for several years and always had great experiences. I have made so many positive referrals. I feel like Aaron failed me at the most critical time with an emergency and worse yet.... management has not called me to discuss the failure of their response. 1/27/2017 I called Aaron Services first thing to request they return to assess the failed repair and make the needed repairs. I was also adamant that I wanted a call back from management that day to discuss their lack of response to my emergency last night. Management never called me. I called back to Aaron services later in the day and did receive a call back from a lady explaining that they were researching and would contact me when they had more facts. A different technician was dispatched and made repairs with Copper and Brass fittings instead of PVC and the repair has lasted as of this update. 1/26/2017 I went downstairs to the basement and heard water spraying. The repair that was made had failed and water was all over my basement floor and many personal items stored in this room. i immediately called the number for Aaron Services at 8:24 PM with my emergency need to have them come and turn the water off at the street and make repairs. the call center took my request and escalated the ticket. Over an hour later and after several of my call backs asking for an ETA, I received a call from a person informing me they were still trying to locate a person to respond. I told them to cancel the call as I had made contact with Fulton County to send a truck to my house instead. 1/25/2017 A technician repaired a minor leak on my main water line in the basement. I had the usual great experience and customer service.

I was going thru the phonebook trying to find someone. I say they did the hyrdojet and that we hadn't tried that yet. So I called and asked if that was appropriate for my situation. Took the man about four hours. He worked very diligently at it until he had it cleaned. They were kind enough to even come out of their area. If I lived there, I would never think of using anyone else but them. He worked for four hours and it was a hard job.

He normally wouldn't come down this far, but after he heard my experience with the other plumber, he did come service me. Now they won't come down again though. "A" for everything. It was about 1/3 of the price that was given for another solution of the problem. I would use them again if they would come down here.

Aaron managed to squeeze us into their schedule on a Friday so we wouldn't have to go without function until Monday. Their technician was prompt and polite. The drain clog was discovered at 30/35 ft. and essentially took 30 minutes. The charge was 250-$30 coupon we found online. If it wasn't for the fact that we were in a pinch I would have shopped around because we thought the price was high.

We needed our hot water heater replaced on New Year's Eve Saturday. Even though Aaron's had Saturday hours we weren't sure they would actually be working on 12/31 but they answered the phone promptly at 8:00am. We were given an appointment time window and were told the technician would call 30 minutes prior to arrival. Michael called 45 minutes prior to arrival, assessed the leak and confirmed that replacement needed. Michael wrote up the quote and told us it was good even if we wanted to get other quotes and called back for the work. I had done a little research the night before and the quote was in line with everything I had found and it was all inclusive (no surprise extras after or during the work). It took Michael about 3 hours to replace the water heater. Michael was very friendly and professional.

Excellent The quote for the Bradford White was similar to what I found on line. Maybe a little high but I paid for a company that knew how to install them and would be there if I had any issue. I would highly recommend

Good. They did Not warn me how messy it would be. they did some covering but we had too clean. There was dust everywhere. We cleaned for two days. $6500 to replace pipe and dig up 3 ft of floor. Wow. The did help with the insurance process.

Great! Paul and Jean Pierre are great technicians! They came out during the time expected and found the problem within minutes. They answered every question I had about the system in my new home like the type of system I have, the expected lifetime of the system based on the brand, and what choices I have for upgrading or replacing it in the near future. I wasn't pressured into getting anything I didn't need right now. They explained what I can do I to resolve the cooling issue if it occurs again before I get another system. They explained my options without making me feel committed to them as my company of choice, but I already did my research on local companies before I even made the initial request for service. I feel like am in great hands with Aaron Services and look forward to working with them again.
