He didn't charge us for this because he ended up being unable to complete the work. We're going to have him come back again when he can access the plumbing.

Could not have been happier with the service we received this morning. Had several quotes come in to replace the flange, several said they would have to break up the slab to replace and quoted me thousands of dollars without ever seeing my toilet. Aaron's plumbing sent set up a on sight estimate for free. Louis F was The plumber they sent over and i cant say enough good things about how personable and professional he was. He was on time and ready to go, when turning off the water to toilet he discovered the shutoff value need to have the bushing tightened and double checked and correct the sink in the bathroom as well. He Replaced the flange on the toliet without have to break up the slab and reset the toliet Was head down and hard working during the job, and was in and out quickly and cleanly. After the job was done he gave me a couple of tips on the upkeep of the plumbing in the house and was on his way. I will only use Aaron's plumbing for my plumbing needs in the future and will always ask for Louis. the guy is Awesome at his job.

Called at 7:30. Tim was out by 9:30, and gone by 9:45. He was very professional and friendly. There was no pressure to get any other service or to buy a new water heater. Great experience. I will use them again.

I called Aaron Plumbing on Wednesday afternoon. My appointment was set for Thursday morning, between 8:00 and 11:00. I received a call around 9:15 from Louis stating that he was on the way. He arrived around 9:30 and got right to work. He even showed me how to repair the toilet should the same thing happen again. I was able to use the $30 coupon from Angie's list. Louis was finished by 10:00. A very pleasant experience, and I especially appreciate that he taught me how to fix the problem. I will call Aaron's again, and will ask for Louis when the need arises.

We were very satisfied with the work. They didn’t force us or talk to us about doing things that we didn’t need. It was just spot on and they took care of it very well. They were efficient and fast. They came the day they said they were going to come and when they said they were going to come. It was beautiful and done very well. We had plumbing issues and not water basement issues, as we were told by some of the basement people, which we understand. That’s their business and so they’re going to tell us a solution that's in keeping with their business; they’re not going to tell us different solutions, and we checked both. Their price was very fair and the quality of work was excellent. We were very happy with them.

We had them come out a couple of times since the first time that we found him in Angie's List. They were just out recently because we were moving out of our house and an inspector and he said we needed to do fix one thing and we had him out and he noticed a couple of other things that would have been a real problem, so he was very knowledgeable. He looked at a couple of other symptoms and he just fixed what the inspector said but he looked and said, you know what if I fix this, that would only fix part of the problem. He was very thorough. It was expensive because there were 3 things, the TP valve, a drain for the TP valve and then the regulator which was expensive, it was all $660. We expected not to pay that much but we didn't expect to put in the regulator valve so it wasn't really the Aaron's prices as much as it would, he found something additional, and also additional labor. The actual plumber is very very knowledgeable, very thorough and very efficient, he knows all the things he's going to do, he's very quick and very efficient. He fixed a problem that we've actually had in the house for a couple of months and had a couple of people looked up. Plumbing is expensive, if you got a licensed plumber, it's not cheap. I would recommend them to others too.

After several horrible plumbing experiences, Aaron Plumbing was excellent!

Used all the resources they had to find the leak under the concrete slab in my home. It was in a very hard place to get to, also the builder had made a ridiculous mess of the piping, but my plumber finally found the source, repaired, replaced the two places where a jackhammer had to be used. Everything was kept as clean as possible. A catastrophe for me, but a job well done on the repair. It took him one afternoon of diagnostic testing, another whole day to repair(my bath vanity was very hard to remove, but that was done without damaging the tile or mirror), and a final morning to replace dirt and pour new concrete.

Making the appointment was easy and for the next day. Louis called when he was on the way which was the time they said it would be. He recommended replacing the toilet flush system and I agreed. The price was in his price book so no random made up price. Afterwards I asked him to look at our shower drain, which I knew had something built up and hardened making the drain much smaller than it was supposed to be. He saw what the problem was, looked up the price, and fortunately he was able to do it right then. This was not something I could do myself. He had to hammer the build up because it was so hard, scoop out the pieces, then put the auger down the drain to further clean it out. It is so much better now!! Louis Facteau did an excellent job. I will definitely call Aaron Plumbing again when I need help.

The job went perfectly. The technician arrived at the time promised and had the pipe replaced in an hour. Excellent, professional service. I will use Aaron again very soon for plumbing repairs that have needed to be done for years. Thank you!

The service was performed on time, the service representative was prompt courtious and mindful of our yard and flowers. Very informative about upkeep and maintenance. Very nice gentleman. Awesome. Told my wife that it was a minor inconvenience with no consequence. The cost to fix the minor problem would absoluetly out weigh the minor inconvenience. They would not take any money fo the visit. When in this day and age would you ever imagine not to get raked over the coals.

Another company told me I would need to tear up my driveway to clean the drains. I wanted a second opinion, so they came out and scoped the drains. They found exactly where the problem was and it didn't require tearing up the driveway.

Dishonest is my feeling towards the contractor from Aaron's plumbing. I was told it will took "a good half day" to replace small pipes to stop minor, slow water dripping. Actually it took less than 30 minutes to do the job. The contactor used all kind of tactics like sit there and think hard for long time to give me an cost estimation, back and forth to get supplies from van for over 20 times. He knew I was not happy with his work, but force me to tell him I am very satisfied. However there was one thing positive - the contractor took time to clean up well before leaving. I will not call this company in the future for sure. The following commnets was added 06/24/2013. A different technician from Aaron's plumbling came to my house a couple of weeks ago, and basically gave me same estimation - It is a three-hour job. As for price, I was told it was basically right by following their book. He might even charge more for that job. For me, if it took the amount of time like what both technician said (even half of it), I should have no problem at all because that is what I agreed to pay before the fixing. Ms. Sara is a wonderful lady who works hard to find the resolution to the problem, and make customer happy. She called me twice and listened to my situation patiently. I never thought about requesting any refund, but decided to accept partial refund after Ms. Sara offered me in both phone conversation. She also mentioned the one year guarantee for all job done by her company. I hope the leaking fix can last for some extended time. Thank you Ms. Sara for the great customer sevice you provided! It is definitely a A+ for you. After considering both the work from the plumber and Ms. Sara, I update the ratings to B (good).

I called before the shop opened and received a return call as soon as Aaron's opened. Was able to schedule service that very morning. The plumber was very professional and courteous. More importantly, he replaced the faulty heater and was done within 3 hours.

They came to the house and quoted to job on the spot. I had a couple other quotes that were all very close to one another. They were able to start right away. They finished the job and fixed the problem. Given the amount of digging they did, there wwas little distubance to the yard.

We had a slow leak somewhere in the first floor laundry room or back bathroom that was dripping into the basement. We also had a dripping faucet in a my mother's bathroom sink and also in the master bathroom shower. I tried to fix the drip in my mother's bathroom sink, but could not remove the corroded cover. I figured the shower would have the same problem since they were both originally installed when the house was built 30 years earlier. We also wanted to replace the toilets in my mother's bathroom and in the master bathroom with low-flow, higher (ADA-compliant) toilets. I called Aaron Plumbing who scheduled a service call the next day. Mike was supposed to arrive between noon and 3:00pm, but arrived about an hour early. I was not home yet from a doctor appointment, but my daughter-in-law was available and got Mike started. When I arrived about 11:15am, Mike had already determined that leaking washing machine hoses were the source of the water dripping into the basement. We reviewed the problems and solutions and Mike prepared a hand-written estimate. I authorized the work and Mike left for an hour and a half to pick up parts. Mike was able to complete all repairs and installations that afternoon, except for the faucet in my mother's bathroom. He couldn't remove the corroded cover either, so had to install a new faucet. He offered to install a new faucet for the same price as repairing the old one. He promised to return the next morning, after he picked up a new faucet, and install it. Mike arrived about 9:00am the next morning and finished installing the faucet within an hour. Mike was very personable and professional. He answered my questions and allayed my concerns. He wore plastic booties while he was in the house. He was generally neat and cleaned up after the work was done. He carried away the old toilets and the boxes and packing materials for toilets, hoses, and faucet. I had only a few quibbles: he left the shower a bit messy, didn't return my stepladder to its place in the basement after he used it to diagnose the leak problem, and he left the basement light on. The prices seemed a bit high to me, especially the cost to remove and replace the washing machine hoses. However, the quality of all components was very good.

Mark came twice before actually performing work, as he didn't want to start billable services (and digging in our landscaping area) until we were comfortable that we really had a leak there. Once hired, his estimate was fair and WAYYYYY below one other company who didn't uncover the leak but wanted to bring in heavy equipment to dig more than they needed to. He performed the work very well, was neat and clean, and left everything in great shape. We would recommend highly. One other note not related to this experience, but Aaron Plumbing also supports local activities and sponsors things in the community, which is a BIG plus in my book. Great service, great community support. It was a win win for us.

Called Aaaron's this morning about a leaking toilet. The lady on the phone was very nice and said that someone could be here between 2 and 5. Dave called at 2:30, said that he would arrive by 3 and did. He diagnosed the problem, told me how much it cost and had it fixed in about 30 min. Everyone with whom I spoke was very nice and I would certainly call them again.
