Opened septic tank - used camera to uncover that the current flooding problem was due to an imploded pipe in the main line leading from the basement bathroom to the front of septic tank.used water jet to clear the debris; got the line flowing again; gave us an estimate on what it would take to replace the imploded pipe and also to examine the drain fields for suspected problem. There was no service charge because the originally performed snaking out of the line was still under warranty. "Big George", the plumber who was in charge of the 2-man crew that came out to the house, was polite, professional, extremely knowledgeable, and courteous. he thoroughly explained what he uncovered, what he knew, what we didn;t know, and explained our options to proceed along wqith a detailed estimate. This was an excellent customer experience for me; they surpassed my expectations.

Showed up on time, very professional and personable ... water was to be tied to water line after the PRV valve in the basement ... we moved the suspended ceiling to get an accurate assessment of what was to be done ... it revealed the line & cutoff valve for the additional water spigot had already been added to the main water line ... he assessed the rest of the job very thoroughly and gave the quote ... I chose another plumber who was more thorough, identified the existing cutoff valve was not properly working, and agreed to do the job for less and replaced the defective valve.

The quoted price to do the above listed work was more than twice the amount quoted by Michael's Plumbing. On top of that, Michael's Plumbing not only did the bathtub as well as the shower, but rerouted supply lines for 2 vanities. The tech who came out from Aaron's was polite enough, but the quoted price was insane and did not cover half of the work I needed performed.

The handle to the shower broke on a Saturday. We reviewed Angie's list and called 4 or 5 plumbers that said they worked on Saturday. Aaron's was the only one that answered the phone. We could not get a Saturday appt. but booked an appt. for the next week. Customer service was good and they arrived on-time. I must say the work was completed quickly (in 45 minutes or less) and quality of the work seems fine. HOWEVER, Aaron's fails completely on price. They replaced the shower valve and put on a new handle in under 45 minutes. From research I did later, the average price for this job, including parts, is $150. They charged $398 and "gave" us a $20 discount coupon for a total of $378. They also tried to charge us an additional $149 for a shower handle. Fortunately, we had bought one for about $10 already and they agreed to use that one. I am unable to recommend this plumber due to the price alone. I feel I was totally taken advantage of.

He did not find an issue - thinks our soaker hose created an excess of water under the house that set off the sump pump. There was no charge for the service call! I was shocked! We have definitely found "our plumber" for anything in the future! Chris G was so nice to work with. Thank you Chris and Aaron's!

Rob was so wonderful, professional, courteous and such a great help! He diagnosed my problem almost immediately, cleaned out the suspected pipe and removed an ENORMOUS clog! He was very knowledgeable, efficient and a great person to talk to! He also reminded me of what was 'plumbing safe' and what was not. Many, many thanks to Rob!

I ultimately selected Aaron Plumbing because 1) they did not charge a trip service fee and 2) because of the ratings on Angie's List. II did call several others before making the appointment with Aaron's. They came when expected and the technician was very professional. What made me so happy was that he offered to show me how to fix this problem if it were to happen again. I have three toilets so the chances are good it will happen again. He showed me how to do it and the part I needed. It's simple and will cost me only a few dollars. I already bought the part so it is on hand. Thank you Louis!

We had to replace the hot water heater and they did that along with some water damage mitigation. He came out and got to my house and started working in 30 min. The project took most of the day and he was done by 4pm. They also removed some water damaged sheet rock. It costs about $1500. It seems a bit high, but the work was prompt and professional.

This is the second time I have used Aaron Plumbing and I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs. This time, I had a leak in a main line pipe where there was a connection from the main water line to the copper pipe that feeds the house. When I called Aaron Plumbing on Monday morning they had someone to my house that same afternoon to fix the problem. Chis was sent to my house which was a different person that came the last time but I was so happy with the quality of work and the professionalism that Chis used. I think their prices are a little on the high side but for the quality of work and professionalism that you receive I will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.

Rob was on time, professional, and courteous. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it in a matter of minutes. I will definitely call this company again!

I was able to get an appointment the following day for Robert to come to our house and take a look at our shower drain. He called early in the time window to let us know he would be there in 20 - 30 minutes and he as right on time. We have been battling a leak in our master shower. Robert did some quick testing and evaluation and determined that the lead was not related to plumbing but due to the components of the shower door. After his diagnosis I could see the area around the shower door that was causing the problem. This took about 10 minutes. The best part was that since he did not do any real plumbing, he did not charge! Excellent way to treat customers.

We've called on Aaron Plumbing on multiple occasions to diagnose problems, provide quotes and do repairs. This time, we are going to try the repairs ourselves, but I still couldn't be happier with the service we received from Aaron Plumbing (and specifically Rob who came out to our house). I was able to make an appointment for pretty much whenever worked with my schedule. My "window" for service was scheduled between 2 and 5 pm. I got a call from Rob at 1:30 saying that he would be there in 30 minutes. Perfect! Everyone that we've met from Aaron Plumbing (including Rob) has been super nice and very knowledgable. They are not out to gouge you, which I definitely appreciate. They are extremely professional and provide you with the necessary information for you to decide what the next steps should be. We don't really call any other plumbers any more because we trust these guys!

Date migh Technician initially had some uncontrollable car problems but rather than reschedule and force me to take extra time off work his manager drove a replacement vehicle to him so he was still able to get to my appointment. Ended up a little late but I believe there were some extraordinary circumstances involved that were beyond their control. But while it was beyond control, I still don't believe an A is a fair rating for punctuality, so thats why its a B. The tech (I am terrible with names but I think his name was Rob) was actually able to identify the problem over the phone before even getting there. When he arrived he had everything he needed (other plumbers I've used have needed to go out to Home Depot after arriving to buy some copper pipe) and he got right to work. Rob was extremely friendly and obviously very knowledgeable. I was very impressed with how quickly he was able to identify the problem and fix it. Once he was done the problem has completely gone away. I felt that almost $700 was a little steep for replacing a PRV, however with having to cut into the wall to reach the pipes (my PRV is in an inconvenient place) I didn't think it was too far over to be worth arguing about. But most of the price qoutes (not accurate) I was able to find online put the price closer to $400 and cutting a hole in the wall didn't seem like much added work. So that's why its a C instead of an A. I wasn't unhappy with the price, but I wasn't happy with it either. Might be a lack of knowledge on proper pricing for the work though, just keep that in mind.

We were noticing a very bad smell from time to time in our house...we couldn't tell where the smell was originating but it was the strongest in the kitchen so I called Aaron Plumbing, they arrived and listened to my concerns. They did an assesment of the plumbing in the basement and asked me a few questions. He recemmended that I run water, flush toilets, etc in the bathrooms that don't get used very often and showed me where to add water to a trap that needs water in it at all times. He told me that should solve our issues and if it didn't to call him back. I have not had any issues or smells since then and I am grateful for their professionalism and ability to detect and fix a small problem! I will definitely call them next time I have a plumbing issue!

Mike came to my house to repair a leaking water faucet on the front of my house. He called 30 minutes before he was going to arrive which was nice. He was very knowledgable about what needed to be done and also walked me through my water system in my house since it is a new house that I own. He was clean, professional and completed the job perfectly in a timely manner. Great company and would use them again in a second for other pluming needs.

Rob, who works for Aaron Plumbing, was the technician who came in to do the work for us. He was very professional, polite, punctual and gave us good information and suggestions on the bathroom toilet clogging issues. I would definitely and highly recommend job for any plumbing services.

On the morning of July 4th we discovered that out water heater had burst. I called Aaron Plumbing to see if I could get someone out the next day, thinking that no service would be available on the 4th of July. To my suprise, my call was returned in around 15 min., and I was told that there was a tech. on duty that would be calling me. Again, in just a few minutes, the tech. called and said he would be there in around 20 minutes. He arrived when he said he would, and in a couple of hours, we had hot water! The tech was terrific, and we paid the price we were quoted for the water heater. We would absolutely use Aarons again!
