The pipe that was leaking was visible from the basement. The water was dripping in the basement. from an upper floor. They cut six holes in the drywall just to find the pipe to inspect it for the location of the leak. The repair to the drywall cost almost as much as the plumbing repair. I will not use them again or recommend them to anyone.

He recommended some things that I really don't need. The water heater is still working into our house.

The installation went great on both services. The installer was very professional and he explained the process very well. We felt so comfortable with the first installation, we decided to move forward with a second toilet.

Both the estimating and installation process went great. We were remodeling our basement, and it was not going to work to put the water heater back in the area where the old ones had been. The Aaron representative came up with an excellent solution of where to put it. They were able to get the work done very quickly and professionally. We love the new tankless heater, and are very happy with the decision.

The big deal from Aaron Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning went well. It was okay. They came over and looked at the stuff and did what they did. I did not pay anything more than the 49 dollars for the big deal and I think it is a good value for that. After that I made a maintenance contract for plumbing with somebody else. Maybe the inspection prompted me to do it but it was with somebody else. I don't remember it taking too long.

AP was called out to give us estimate on PRV replacement. Louis began to diagnose the problem and found that our pressure was dangerously high. He found that the PRV was new and shouldn't need replacement. He decided to adjust the PRV and was able to get the desired pressure. He also found that a shut off valve in the crawl space was 75% closed. This fixed our issues. We were just charged for a typical service call. Great relief from the alternative.

It went well. Cost was a tad higher than I expected but then plumbing is like that. Person doing the work was very good and persevered to move a valve that other's might have simply given up on and required the kitchen counter top to be removed.

Technician , Chris, was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Aaron Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning were fine. They arrived and did a good job. I would recommend them. They were testing for leeks for me. The gentleman who showed up seemed perfectly confident. We did a service with him. I don't have any complaints with him. I would recommend to give him a try. It is hard for me to be enthusiastic about the whole thing, it has been a while. He seemed perfectly confident. They showed up when they were supposed to, did what they were supposed to and left. I didn't have a long interaction with them. I would possibly use this provider again in the future.

They did a great job. They took care of it for a minimal time and the price is pretty reasonable. They were great all around.

The know what they are doing, however they are not the cheapest, but they get things done quickly. They are also very proffesional

The service person arrived timely and was very courteous. He repaired the broken pipe and then tested it to ensure that it did not leak. He was quick and professional. I will definitely use them again should the need arise.

Why this company is highly rated on Angie's List I will never know. It makes me wonder how accurate this website really is. My initial contact with Aaron Plumbing was very pleasant and I thought I finally found the plumber we all wish we had in our contacts. I had a leaking water filter on the main water line. The plumber show up on time and told me I just need a new gasket which I ordered on the internet for $1.00. He did not charge for his visit. The next month, my electric water heater stopped working so I called Aaron back to the home. The plumber showed up and simply pushed the reset button on the water heater. He was at my home for 10 minutes. For this he charged me $109! Irritating to say the least but I bit my tongue since he did come out for a service call and time is money, etc. That should have been my wake up call. So when I replaced the shower stems in my shower, they were not working correctly and leaking behind the wall. The Aaron plumber shows up. He did not even pull the stems out of the shower to inspect. He kept stating that he has never seen a Speakman stem and was rolling his eyes and had an overall bad attitude. His solution was to rip out the shower tile and replace the valves behind the wall. Thankfully, he left and said he would come back the next day to do the job. I called another plumber on Angie's List and he came that day, lubricated the stems, replaced the washers and was gone in 30 minutes.

Arrived promptly, very professional. Troubleshooted and discovered the leak and informed my the job was much, much smaller than I thought it would be - a pleasant surprise!

Very pleased with my plumber, Chris Gomer. He was very polite, professional and tidy with all his work and was a joy to communicate with about what was wrong and what needed to be corrected. He was also on time with his arrival, and I was able to meet him at the designated time at my home. I will be in the market soon for a new water heater, and he gave me some great insight on the options available to me. I look forward to working with him in the near future.

Thinking our basement sump pump had failed when I saw leakage in the downstairs bathroom and pump area, I left a message Friday night with Aaron on Angie's List. Their dispatcher called early Saturday morning and offered to send someone mid morning. Rob called ahead en route to suggest I do a simple test to check the pump. When he arrived, he quickly determined it was a blockage rather than a pump failure. He went back to the shop to retrieve the proper equipment and laboriously threaded a snake several times through the drain pipe past three separate areas blocked by tree roots. He accessed the drain through a toilet opening and, though it was out of the scope, when he put back the toilet I discovered he had replaced the aging handle and chain mechanism I had rigged with a wire to the plunger. He didn't even mention the extra work--I discovered it later. He advised us on preventing future blockages and answered some miscellaneous questions on other plumbing issues. I used the $30 Angie's List coupon. Rob and Aaron gave every indication of a first-class customer-oriented service provider. Their good reputation is well deserved.

I Called Aaron Plumbing and arranged for a master plumber to arrive within two days - on a Saturday! Rob Clutter was prompt and called beforehand to let me know of his impending arrival. Rob was very polite and friendly. He examined my leaking Kenmore water heater and took care to explain all of my good options for replacement, including his recommendation that I seek a warranty replacement from Kenmore. But since I was not really satisfied with my old Kenmore WH or the possibility of getting another weak WH, I decided to purchase an upgraded, quality WH from Aaron Plumbing. I chose to have the superior quality Bradford White WH, going for the WH that had the ten-year warranty. Rob performed the installation, showing me how bad my old Kenmore WH was thoroughly rusted out. Rob was one of the most friendly and conscientious home service providers that I have ever met. He proved his Master Plumber status with his knowledge and expertise. When the job was completed, Rob made double-sure that I knew how to precisely provide the needed yearly maintenance. He also showed me how to shut the heat off for times when I do not expect to need hot water, which should save me a lot of money in heating costs. A few hours after installation, I tested the water heating ability by taking a bath in my garden tub. The water flowed stronger than ever before, filling up the tub much quicker. The heat was very strong as well and I had plenty of strong heat available when I shut off the bath water. This is the best-heated water that I have ever had in my home since I bought my place new in 2001. I highly recommend using Aaron Plumbing. The upgrade was more expensive, but the quality of the WH is well worth the extra cost. I also value the expertise and friendly care provided by the master plumber, Rob Clutter. He gave me confidence and peace of mind about my water heating system.

Went well, but the company wants their money the moment the work is done and insurance companies don't move that fast. They don't seem to understand that.

Rob called to see if he could show early. He gave me several options on repairing the toilet. Did a good job . He also gave me an estimate and detailed information on another repair that we need.

It worked out very well and we were happy with the service.

The service Tech (Rob) came out to give me an estimate for running a gas line to a new cook top, which was very high. Knowing I was not happy about the price he gave me, he suggested that I get a quote from another service provider that specializes in this type of work. I called the company he recommended and got the work done for less then half the price and was very happy with the work that was done. Because they were very up front and honest with me I would definitely consider using Aaron Plumbing for other projects.
