The technician arrived on time and worked quickly. The pricing was much better than two other quotes I received. I would definitely use Aaron's again for any other plumbing issues.

Aaron Plumbing was good. The dishwasher did not have a leak. It was not just attached correctly. They were professional, on time, and seemed did quote upfront, did what they were going to do, and honest people.

They did a good job, the guy did a very good job. The guy is just knowledgeable, he's doing a great job, cleaned up after wards, there are molds that have developed, he sprayed them up. He was acting like he owns the company, I gave him a 50$ tip afterwards for the job he did. He was here before I was here.

I emailed Aaron Plumbing H&C last night, this morning I received a pleasant call from their office and scheduled a service call for 3 hours later. The tech showed up on time, quickly and cleanly replaced our ailing Hot Water heater and was on his way. My wife was home at the time and the tech walked her through the features of the Heater which was new to us as our last heater was just a plain old heater. This insulated heater has new safety and restarting features that we really like. Well Done...

The plumber was professional and on-time. Showed me a trick to save me problems down the road with the flush valve on the toilet for the future. The leak in the laundry room was identified, and I opted to fix myself. However the tech did tell me what the cost would be and gave me the information in needed to make an educated decision as to if I could DIY myself.

I had used Aaron previously to install a hot water heater and was very impressed. I called them for service to determine the source of a strong smell from our plumbing (it only happened once). Their rep visited our house, discussed the situation and possible causes, and we both agreed it would be better to wait and see if it happened again and if so, we could then work on a cause and solution. Total cost for his service call and time? -- $0.00 This is a great company -- guess who I'm going to call for my next plumbing needs?

Turned out the shut off valve leak needed only a bushing tightening, the faucet leak wasn't repaired because the manufacturer went out of business and the leak was only when the faucet was turned on first thing in the morning. Didn't otherwise leak. He recommended that if leak gets worse we simply replace the whole faucet. He did toghten the face plate in the shower. He also gave me a quote for replacing my water heater with a tank heater and a tankless heater. I thought both quotes were too high and didn't include any detail such as the brands and models being quoted on.

I was first impressed when the phone was answered promptly and professionally, the appointments were scheduled that day or the following and the service men showed up on time! Then they began the work. Professional, knowledgable, courteous and clean! The price is right too! I will continue to use them and recommend you make them your plumbing, heating and air go-to's as well.

I will not use them again in the future. Overall, I am grading them a F because they did not honor a warranty in the water heater. Even if the quality and the punctuality were good, the responsiveness was bad. I think they are unprofessional.

He was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We felt like we could trust him and will use him again.

I was kept up on all the steps along the way of installing a new water heater. Also shown how to light the heater in the future.

He was very pleasant and professional and even took a look at my hot water spigot in the master bath.

Louie advised that if the pilot went out again there were options. We discussed the options and he left. As he suspected, the light went back out. I called Louie and he walked me through what to do and got me on the schedule for the next day to install a new heater.

I was told since the drains were already cleared the only thing he could do would be to remove the toilet and place a camera in the drain to see if the clog was gone. That would cost me roughly $130. I said no. Since I had him here I thought I would ask him about a couple of other issues I was having, one of which was for my tub faucet. The hot and cold water are switched, he said that would be around $130 as well. I told him I would just live with it. Then I asked about my sink faucet that looses pressure when I turn on the hot water and again that would be over $100 to look at. I did not have any work done. I could not justify paying the high price.

I had an emergency septic tank repair that needed to be done. It turned out that I couldn't use Aaron's because my need was super urgent, but I have to give them absolutely TOP MARKS for professionalism, punctuality in calling me back, and courtesy. I would absolutely use them for future projects. They went *out of their way* to schedule me for something short-notice (again, my need was too short to eventually use them), and I really appreciated all their efforts. Great job.

Old water heater failed on a Sunday. Aaron Plumbing was called to the rescue. They did a very good clean and fast job. Tim was the plumber. Very good price as well also thanks to Angie's List discount.

My experience with them was good. Their job was okay. It was fine. There were no complaints. He appeared to know what he was talking about. They did not charge more than the $49 Big Deal. The price for those services was good, but the price for other services was not so good. I would not use them again.

Service tech was professional, and went right to work. It was a dirty job as he had to dig up te line and find the leak. Very fast and I have had no problems since the fix. While he was there I had him fix some minor plumbing issues. All and All a great experience that I would recommend to anyone.
