Technician (Rob) arrived promptly, verified the problem, quote cost of options to correct the problem. Work was completed quickly, and everything was cleaned up. Pleasant and courteous; professional. Everything is in working order.

Aaron's was called by my landlord because our water pipe in the garage busted again, 2nd time in a year. I get a confirmation call at 2:15 stating that they will be at my house between 3 and 6. Well 5:30 comes around, I have to call into the office where the lady tells me she'll call me right back. I never heard anything back from her. A few minutes later my landlord calls me and tells me they can't be here until 7. Well low and behold here it is 7:09 and I've still not received a call nor has anyone shown up. I have 3 kids here who need baths along with myself and my husband. I've wasted 4 hours of my evening waiting on this poor of an excuse of a company. I own and run a business myself. This is not how you treat customers whether they are paying for it or not. This seems to be the motto for this company on not showing up for appointments or not calling. Read some of the other reviews. Bad business practice.

Chris Gomer should be commended for his excellence in service, professionalism and quality work. We have used Aaron in the past and will always request Chris on all our future needs. Chris projects himself as a knowledgeable and very professional individual. With employees like Chris, Aaron Plumbing is guaranteed to be rated the highest in their field.

Our service representative (Tim) arrived and promptly assessed the problem. From experience, he could see that we had a shower head and hose that was leaking down the shower wall and water was getting in behind the fixtures into the ceiling below. He recommended getting a new shower head with proper seals to correct the problem. He did not suggest or recommend any other repair work until the shower head had been replaced. Tim did recommend that if we continued to experience problems, to call him back for another appointment if necessary. I was impressed with Tim's professionalism, level of experience and his ability to diagnose problems. Even better, Tim did not recommend any unnecessary repairs or upgrades. We were not charged anything for the visit or the excellent advice! If you are looking for service from a reputable firm with experienced service providers, don't hesitate to call Aaron Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning for an appointment and ask for Tim.

I had a really bad kitchen sink clog on a Saturday. I called Aaron Plumbing at 9:30 a.m., based on a pretty decent experience about a year ago. I asked if I could get someone out there that day. They said that they could give me a 3 hour time window between 10:30 and 1:30. By 1:30, I had not gotten a call and a technician had not stopped by my house, so I called the number back. Again, the operator took all of my information and told me that she was going to page a technician to respond to me immediately and notify their customer service manager. I did not hear back. At 2:15, I had heard nothing so I called back again. I got the same canned response and the customer service rep was unhelpful. I ended up calling a competing firm, the Plumb Doctor, who I would highly recommend. I can't begin to describe my frustration with Aaron Plumbing after having me sit around the house for half a day waiting for them to show up. It wouldn't have been that big of a deal, if they had told me that they were booked for the day upon my initial call. Honestly, I probably would have waited. However, after telling me 3X that a plumber was on the way out, I decided it was time to take my business elsewhere.

I was working through my home remodel when we finally got to the kitchen sink. Since we moved the sink I had to have a plumber come in and re-work the ABS. I called Aaron plumbing and they were able to send someone out that day which was great. The plumber showed up and was very polite, quick and efficient. The only thing I would say is that they are on the pricey side. They use a "flat rate book" to price out their work which is fine. In my opinion you pay more that way so take that for what it's worth. Either way everything worked out fine and I was 100% satisfied with the work that was completed. Would use again for sure!

I paid a lot for service after talking with my friends and researching online. I paid 300 for water leak detection, 600 to get under my walk way to fix water leak which is okay but 1000 dollar to remove and put back my section of cement walk way which is only 3 by 3 square foot. After talking to my friends, they told me I paid a lot to put back my walk way. It shouldn't have costed so much lay it back. But technician was very professional in his service. He was very committed and got the work done quickly. So no issue with service and job done. Issue was rates were very high. I did reach out to customer service through email requesting explanation why I was charged high. I haven't got any response to my email which I sent to them.

The service went well. He came out very quickly and did a good job. One step was finding the leak and fixing it, then the next was reattaching everything. He fixed the leak but wanted to charge $1000 to reattach everything. We found someone to reattach everything for a much lower price. The service was good but we found him to be overpriced.

Everything went great. Marcus came in drained standing water, removed pipe and cleared clogged. Returned piping and cleaned up afterwards.

Brian was very professional in explaining the problem and then gave me a few options on how he could fix it. He is very knowledgable and so easy to work with. He went out of his way to go back to the shop and bring me a new toilet so that I would have a functioning one for the weekend. I'm so happy with the service I received today and would recommend them to anyone!

Brian was very prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. He solved several problems that we had dreaded dealing with, and I appreciated that fact that he was very willing to explain things.

It went great! Steve worked around our schedule, prioritized a small portion of the job as we had visitors coming into town the same week he initially came out and did the assessment, which was a big help.

First off, with the only two positives, the call center personnel was pleasant and they were very prompt in responding. But the rest was not a good experience. We thought we had a leak in the toilet bowl base area, perhaps in need of a toilet wax ring replacement. In turns out that it was due to the faulty clip on one of the hoses in the flush system which did not clip onto the pipe inside the tank, in turn causing it to spray water out of the tank opening and onto the floor. Those complete flush systems costs at most $20 at Home Depot; he charged me $175. I had him install it because he was already there in my house, and I needed to confirm if this was what was causing the water to pool out around the toilet bowl base. But I didn't realize that it was THAT much of a rip off until he had already left and I checked the prices online. In addition, I asked if he can take a look at my daughter's bathroom toilet that occasionally seemed to leak water from the tank into the bowl. The technician, Louis F, said that it is because the flap was old and needed to be replaced. When asked how much that would be, he mumbled that he happened to have an extra valve in his hand that did not fit my first toilet that he had just finished his work on, so I understood that this was not an extra charge, since he was just using the valve that did not fit on my first toilet. It turns out he charged me $54 for changing out the flap. Those toilet flappers cost anywhere from $3 to $15 in Home Depot! This flapper is still slowly leaking water into the toilet bowl still, after this OUTRAGEOUSLY overpriced and inept job that he completed! I have used Aaron Brothers for another outdoor plumbing job in the past and was pleased with that work, but this job was so ridiculously overpriced that I do not trust them anymore! Look elsewhere! Update: They sent me a check for $54 refunding the service fee to change out the toilet flapper and the customer service dept called to try to appease my displeasure/ offered to come out to fix the flapper. I declined the offer but it was a nice gesture.

If you need anyone call Jason. He was amazingly prompt. I didn't have to ask him to put covers on his shoes. He was very personable. He performed the work quickly and went above and beyond when he identified that the contractors who built the house took shortcuts that contributed to the issue. He gave me solutions to address the issues from high to medium cost. The cost of the project was $476 and it was worth it. I would choose Aaron's plumbing every time. When he left you couldn't even tell that he was there.

Mark arrived at 2pm and his arrival time was between 2-5.He was as sweet as Andy Griffith.Polite,professional and smart.He knew exactly what to do and told me of some other issues.He was very organized and knowledgeable.I would definetly use this company again.Wow what a great experience.

I would highly recommend this company. I called yesterday afternoon and they had a service person out the next morning. Mark was here approximately 2 1/2 hours installing the new water heater. He was very professional and explained how the water heater was set-up, and how to change the settings, if needed. They hauled off the old water heater and cleaned the area after the installation. There is little wonder as to why this company is so highly rated on Angie's list. They are very professional, have great service, and their price was excellent. Be sure to use the coupon on Angie's List if you use them. I received a $150 discount by doing so. I would not hestitate to use this companty again. Very, very satisfied.

Our plumber, Jim Watley, was very personable and professional. He arrived on time and performed all services perfectly. I highly recommend him and will use Aaron Plumbing for all of our future plumbing needs. Their prices are reasonable, too.

We just purchased our home and the previous owners had used Aaron's to correct a water pressure issue as part of our purchase agreement. When we took possession of the home the issue still existed in one bathroom. Mark came right out and fixed the problem at no charge since their work was under warranty for a year. I was very impressed with the service and would use them again.

Professional, courteous technician arrived on time to diagnose the main 4 inch sewer drain line. We experienced seeping water between the foundation wall and pipe where it exits the basement. The line is underneath a concrete front porch slab and has settled causing the bow which prevents complete drainage to the septic tank. A previous plumber charged us over $600 to inpsect the line with a camera and then discoverd the bow in the line trapping debris which caused a partial blockage, which he cleared. I could not get the previous plumber to provide a written estimate for repair, so I found Aarons on Angies list. Aaron's came out inspected the line with a camera, provided the diagnosis and two options for repair on the first visit with no charge. Our insurance has agreed to cover the repair cost and I am in the process of notifying Aarons to perform the repair. Will update Angies List after work completed.

Chris Gomer of Aaron's was on time and corrected the problem quickly. He is definitely the technician we will request for any future plumbing needs. While we believe that any Aaron technician would probably be great, Chris did such a great job in the past, he is the one we request. Not only did he replace the parts to correct the leak (water line to the tank and old worn parts inside the tank) we also asked him to check the other toilets in the house to prevent the problem occurring elsewhere. One other toilet needed the original water line replaced (the cause of the leak from the one we called about). Chris only repairs what is necessary---nothing else. As usual, the job was completed in a timely manner and feel confident that problem solved and future possible issues avoided.

Chris Gomer was the technician sent by Aaron. He called in advance to make sure we were home and arrived on time. Chris was very professional and courteous. He immediately determined the cause of the problem. After fixing the leak and checking to be sure the problem had been taken care of, he kindly answered a couple of questions. Based on these he checked a couple of minor things just to be sure all was well. Now for the rest of the story----Murphy's Law of Plumbing---after Chris left that morning, later in the day another wet spot appeared from an entirely different source and bathroom (leak from a toilet tank). We turned off the water to the toilet so the drip has stopped. Just wish this would have happened when Chris was here earlier! But talked to Aaron's and have scheduled Chris to come out today to fix this problem. Will provide a follow up after this.

He explained the process and prices up front. He knew his business and was very professional. The price was more than expected, but the work was excellent.
