Description of Work: If your lucky Chris will be the one handling your problem. He was early, very professional and knowledgeable. Got straight to the point, offered options, I took his advice and he went to work immediately. My water heater was so bad it was leaking junk everywhere and there was mold building up on the wall. He took his time and cleaned up the entire mess. Took out the old one and put in the new one with no problems. And by problems I mean there wasn't an uh oh moment like something else was wrong that was going to cost me money. My son had also shown up on leave from the Army and he spent a few minutes talking to him and thanking him for serving our Country. Guy was a class act. Very impressed with the quick response over the phone when I called. An overall A+ experience.

Description of Work: Lewis showed up at my house mere hours after I called. I'd already had a bunch of plumbers try to fix things and my plumbing kept on breaking more and more. Lewis figured out the PRV valve needed to be replaced. He also did a Tank to Bowl repair. He checked all of my fixtures. Finally, he taught me how to do some simple repairs and explained everything as he went along. He was fast, knowledgeable and very nice. I'd highly suggest you call Aaron's Plumbing and ask for Lewis!

Description of Work: Called the office and they were accommodating with my schedule and arrived on the dot. Less than 2 minutes later I had my diagnosis of a bad prv and was given a price. In addition I was explained that it is possible another part could be faulty and would only know after prv was fixed. He fixed it in a timely manner and reportrd the other seemed to be okay at the moment and gave me th option to hold off or goahead and replace it. I held off for time being but should it go bad, I know what I am to expect already. Good job, very informative and wished I had called them a month ago instead of replacing the unfixable toilet when that was not the problem in the first place. Will definitely use again.

Description of Work: I actually called them to do two services - one, of which, will be done next Tuesday. But the biggest service and the most expensive for me I had done today and that was to replace my water heater with a like product ie: 40 gallon, gas. When I called - the customer service rep was great. She set me up for today and I just called on Wednesday. I told her I wanted to get all the information first - before I made a decision whether to buy. So Gabe came out right on time (!) and we talked about my water heater options. He then wrote up a quote for what we decided would be best for my circumstances. That included a new 40 gallon gas water heater and 2 other items of importance - a thermal expansion tank to meet code and a pressure regulator valve (I have always had water pressure issues here). He then told me he could install today! I was so surprised and happy! Anyhow - he said it would be about 3 hrs. and it was less. It looks great and it seems to be working perfect! I have also already noticed that I seem to have more water pressure in my faucets than I had before. This was just the icing on the cake! Gabe was very friendly, helpful and explained all my questions to me in detail. He was fast and efficient. If this is how well Aaron Plumbing does business - I can't wait until Tuesday when they will also clean my septic! I will DEFINITELY use them for all my future plumbing needs!

Description of Work: On Wednesday evening we realized our septic tank was backing up into the house. I called two other companies listed on Angie's list, but after 30 minutes, neither company had called me back. I called Aaron's and not only did they answer the phone, but they scheduled to arrive first thing the following morning. We had a medical emergency, so we had to reschedule for Friday morning. Aaron's came out and opened our tank. As our house is 24 years old and we have never had our septic tank serviced, we were worried we were in for a large cost to repair. They opened the tank, found the problem, and were finished in a very shirt time, only charging us a small amount of money. We were impressed with their ethical and professional behavior. Great.company.

Description of Work: I called Aaron for a second opinion. A previous plumber fixed a shower drain leak and said we needed a new shower stall. His reason was that with the old style one-piece fiberglass shower stalls, without any support (sub-floor or other support) the situation could not be permanently fixed. My leak would happen again, he warned, whether it was three months or three years from his repair. This would mean a new shower stall plus the other plumbing required to complete the work (plus ceiling drywall, too). Thus, I went to Angies' List, joined, and contacted Aaron for an estimate on the work. The plumber listened to my story, investigated the plumbing, and disagreed with the previous plumber's assessment. He complemented the previous plumber's work, that it was well-done and beyond required for the repair. However, he disagreed that the fiberglass stall should come out, that it had no damage, and that with the plumbing repaired well, there was nothing else to do but have the drywall work completed. In short, I decided to go with the Aaron's plumber's opinion which saved us about $7,000...and his "estimate" was free. I will call on Aaron's the next time a real plumbing issue arises.

Description of Work: Resolved a leak and offered an estimate for upgrading in another area while there. Fast friendly and fair!

Description of Work: There were many little problems in the house that added up quickly. All the toelets had problems whe one in the half bath the worst. He had to pull up the toilet and found that it wasnt even toughing that sticky ring. Had to cut some pipe and increase its length to fix it. Some work has been postponed until funds are available. Also cleaned the water heater. Good Job.

Description of Work: We are remodeling our master bath. Chris from Aaron Plumbing did an excellent job getting everything roughed in and ready for the tile guys. He paid attention to details and had good ideas, which I appreciated. Chris was polite and reliable. I am definitely glad we called Aaron Plumbing.

Description of Work: He attempted to determine why the dishwasher was retaining water after a wash cycle. He enabled me to succeed in solving the problem by getting me on the right track.

Description of Work: I called them thinking I had a plumbing problem. It turned out to be heating and air (long story). But the technician was very nice and professional. He gave me advice about the problem, educated me about the pipe in question and did not charge for the service call. In addition, their office staff was pleasant and helpful when I made the initial phone call and tried to explain the problem over the phone. She got me on the schedule the next day.

Description of Work: I called them to come out snake my drain. They gave me a free estimate, which was $225 to snake the drain. Maybe it is me but I found that to be a ridiculous price for 15 minutes of work. I borrowed my buddies snake and did it myself.

Description of Work: I called because i had water dripping through the ceiling in my dining room. Uncertain of the cause, I called Aaron and Edvin came out by the time promised. He was very nice and professional and instead of doing unnecessary work he told me that he believes that the water was most likely the result of a tub over filling and recommended watching it for a couple of days to see if the problem occurred again. I appreciated his honesty and not trying to just make money. I will definitely use them again. Also, since he didn't do anything and they offer services on Saturday, it was not considered an emergency call and I was not charged anything for the visit. For his professionalism and honesty, I purchased the annual service plan, which he offered, but did not pressure me into buying at all.

Description of Work: The water pipe in my front yard broke on a Friday. I called two companies for estimates. Jim from Aaron came that afternoon to give me an estimate. The other company never even called me back after telling them the problem. Jim gave me his personal cell number and asked me to call when I decided if I wanted to use them. I called him on Saturday and he set it up for Monday morning. He was prompt and courteous and was able to replace my pipe without digging up the whole front yard. I would definitely use this company again.

Description of Work: The service tech, Jack McCloud, was very professional. We worked on a toilet that was leaking at the shutoff valve and also had to do a minor rebuild on the toilet. Next I had another bathtub that had a leak on the one handle fixture. He also made recommendations on setting on the Hot water tank, which I greatly appreciated. He also cleaned up very good after all the work was completed. I have used Aaron Plumbing and will continue to use and would recommend them to anyone what has a plumbing problem.
