Received a call from Curtis within minutes of submitting to Service Magic, actually less than two minutes. He was at my house within the hour and had my refridgerator repaired in less than two hours. Would reccommend Service Magic and definetly M&M and Curtis to anyone.

M&M arrived promptly, the same day I submitted my request. He is very knowledgeable and clearly focused on doing a great job while explaining the problem and offering options.

Curtis arrived on time and repaired my front load dryer (which was damaged in a recent move). He was considerate, neat and very efficient. I will definitely hire him again!

I called in my request and at 5:30pm and by 7:15pm that night I was washing clothes. Curtis was so polite and gave us tips on recommended maintenance. Very professional, punctual and clean up after finishing repair. Definite a keeper.

Submitted my request for appliance repair through ServiceMagic.com on a Friday eveening and received a phone call from Curtis with M&M in less than one minute. Made an appontment for Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. Curtis called me at 7:00 a.m. to tell me that he would be at my house by 7:30 a.m. He arrived at 7:27 a.m., diagnosed the problem with my GE refrigerator/freezer within 10 minutes, repaired it in another 20 minutes, and was out the door. Curtis is a complete professional and would hire him again.

I received an immediate call from Curtis and scheduled my appointment for less than 24 hours later - despite the fact that the service needed was on a weekend. Curtis called before arriving - early (what a treat!) He was prepared for the repair, having the parts on hand necessary to make the fix on my dryer. I asked for several of his business cards so I could share them with my friends and neighbors. He's a keeper!

Curtis was the first to contact me (w/i 10mins of my request) he was at my home w/i 3 hrs. and completed the job within 15mins. Very courteous and respectable. Gave a recommendation in order to save $$$. I would definitely hire him again!

A Professional Company through and through. Placed a request thru Service Magic. Curtis responded with a telephone call and e-mail to me. Over the phone he patiently listened to what was wrong with my Whirlpool Dryer and explained all the company's charges/fees. Made an appointment at my convenience.
