I contacted M&M before purchasing my dishwasher to get their input on the model and make sure it could be installed as planned. They suggested that I not buy the installation kit from the retailer since they would have the kit at a comparable price or lower, and there might be changes for my installation. This saved me a little money. The retailer offered installation at a similar cost, but I wanted to pick an installer known for good service. M&M was a great choice. They communicated well, arrived as scheduled, and got my dishwasher installed in about 45 minutes. They even helped move the old dishwasher.

Even though we missed his call the first time we scheduled an appointment, Curtis was nice enough to come back within a reasonable amount of time to repair our problem of the dryer not heating. He also provided some education for us about why the last company we hired didn't do the job right. We'll definitely call them again!

Thank you for this service! Without it we would never have found Cecil. He was GREAT! My mom's fridge went out last night and she was distraught. Tomorrow is her grocery day and not having a fridge was just not going do! Cecil called me within minutes of my search here on this site this morning and offered his services. I checked with my mom, called him right back and asked if he could come today. He said he would be there between 4-6 today. At about 3 pm he called and said he could be there a little earlier, around 3:30 if that was OK. He came, diagnosed the problem and from the questions he asked about what the fridge was doing before it stopped cooling, you could tell he knew his stuff.! He had asked the model number on the phone so he had all the parts he needed with him already and was able to fix the fridge in less than one hour!! We did not do any price comparisons but the price he quoted was in line with what I was expecting a fridge repair to be. With his fast, courteous and professional service, I was able to help mom get things back in her fridge and home before dark. We could not have asked for a better service experience. Thank you again for offering this repair finder service at no charge and thanks to Cecil for not only living up to all the excellent reviews I had read here before hiring him, but to exceed them all! Courteous, Competent, Punctual. Curtis let us know what was needed to fix gas dryer and gas stove oven and the exact cost and fixed BOTH in under an Hour!! We saved hundreds with these repairs vs buying a new dryer and stove. Definitely recommended. Don't know if price was good or not since we didn't do a lot of comparisons but we are very pleased and impressed. Call Curtis!!!
