I requested a quote on Servicemagic and within two minutes I received a call from M & M Appliance Repair. Curtis arrived promptly and was thorough and efficient in his work. In less than an hour from when I first clicked the link on the Servicemagic page, my oven was repaired and is working beautifully! I can't recommend Curtis and M & M Appliance highly enough.

Curtis was great - showed up when he said he would. Charged me less than he had quoted and fixed both washers in less than 45 minutes. I have already passed his name on to a friend and will continue to do so. He's a true professional and I am thrilled to have found him!!!

Curtis was pleasant and knowlegable when we spoke on the phone. After looking at his reviews and comparing to others, I give him a call. He came over and the diagnosis that he did over the phone about my refrigerator problem was right. He repair the part in a matter of minutes and everything is working fine. I had a previous contractor that work on my refrigerator before and he was not knowlegable and ironically more expensive. I'm glad I used service magic and got a good recommendation.

Curtis called us back immediately and made the service call later the same day. He was very polite and quickly corrected our problem with our dishwasher.

The service man was very helpful. My washer couldn't be repaired but he offered me good advice on what I should look for in purchasing a new one.

Curtis was prompt in his contact with me and was able to come to look at my Calypso washer that next day in a time that worked for my schedule. He was true to his word and know my washer inside and out. He ran through several diagnostics and reset the computer and I have not had trouble at all.
