Curtis (of M&M Appliance Repair) was the best! He responded quickly with a firm price that was very reasonable, showed up on time, did the work quickly, and stuck around to make sure everything was to our liking before he packed up. He even helped me with a related problem, no questions asked! I will definitely use them again!

Curtis was on time, pleasant and honest with me. The cost to repair my washer was not feasible for a 10 year unit. Curtis was honest and prepared with the information regarding the cost of the repairs. Not worth it. He also gave good suggestions for new unites.

I found that the Curtis with M&M Appliance was very professional, exceeded time expectations, communicated with credibility on the industry which my washing machine originated and the latest concerns around the product. He left my home in better condition in the work area than when he arrived. I found that the cost was a little pricey, but well worth the value. He warned me the parts involved would be prior to any work. Ultimately, should I have future issues with this or other appliances I would likely have Curtis come back to perform the service.

Curtis recommended the lowest cost for the repair I needed, however, due to state requirements, I was not able to repair it in that manor. He then searched for the part I needed and when that was no longer available he searched for other options. He did everything to come up with a solution and repaired the oven door for me. I would highly recommend M&M for any repairs!!

We came hoime from work, band practice and GROCERY shopping to find our refrigerator not cooling. I searched for repair man on service magic and M&M Appliance called within one minute. It was about 7:00 pm so they could not come out that night but said they could come at 6:30 the next morning. They were at the door right on time and had the frig fixed in 20 minutes. Prompt, courteous, fair overall good experience

While I was reading the references of the suggested Pros I received a call from Curtis of M&M. This was literally 3 mins. after seeing his company on the list. Curtis was direct, polite and confirmed I was looking for help. He set an appt. for the next day between 10 & 2. I got a call around 9AM from him asking if he could come a little earlier, 9:30am. He arrived at 9:28 and had the problem diagnosed, gave me a final price to which I agreed and he repaired the ICE Maker within 30 mins. What great service! He really understand what customers are looking for. Quick attention, arrive on time and do a good job at a fair price. Thanks!
