Orville (the installer) is a very customer oriented person. He had an unexpected issue arise instead of delaying my install he came the night before to get the job done. advised me that he could repair the washer but with the age it was best to run it until it dies. The repair would have been costly and most likely would not be the last. really appreciated his honesty and we will use him again

After found out the old-standard pipe size in my house, Curtis went to a hardware store and was able to find and install a new gas cut-off valve. The new valve also saved space and allowed the new stove to slide back against the wall. Curtis also provided us with a number of tips with other appliances. With all the troubles, he was able to finish the job within an hour and keep the initial price quote.

Very prompt and dependable. Based on my description of the problem, he had all the parts needed and fixed the problem within 30 minutes.

When I called to get an estimate I was told it would be a 45.00 service charge, but if I use M& M they would take the 45.00 off the bill, which did not take place.

I felt like we overcharged and never saw any parts being replace, when we were given the invoice it was very vague and lack any detail of the work done. I was charged $154.00 for the tech. to watch the unit defrost.
