Very friendly, knowledgeable, helped us make the best repair decision, given age of appliance and cost of repair. Offered other advice while in the home. Prompt and reasonable.

Curtis was prompt, on time and courteous. The snow made it difficult to make the first appointment, but he called politely to reschedule. He was honest and even though he could have made lots of money off of me, gave me an honest appraisal of the situation (old oven likely needing to be replaced more than needing to be repaired). I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Curtis called immediately and was on site at my convenience. He diag'ed and fixed within an hour. Great service and will definately use again.

Friendly, came and looked at the dryer. Explained the problem and corrected it. Honest, could have told me the hindges needed replaceing and I would not have known the difference.

Curtis called within minutes of sending the request online through Service Magic. I needed a quote to install a slide-in gas range and to haul off old. After speaking with Curtis and getting a quote, I chose to use him for the services. He came out timely, installed the unit flawlessly, and removed the old range. He cared about making sure all debris and dirt was disposed of. He took pride in his work and wanted to make sure I was 100% satisfied which I was. I will definitely use M&M Appliance again if needed.

Curtis arrived at the house the same day I called. That, in itself,is amazing service. Curtis located the problem, which was a leaking hose. He did not have the hose on his truck, so we made arrangement for him to come back. He called before he arrived and was right on time. He replaced the hose and the dishwasher works again right in time for Thanksgiving. Curtis was polite, respectful and very capable. I have already recommended his company to friends and family.

Curtis was very professional and up front with what was wrong with my washer. I called and he got here with in an hour and had it repaired in no time. What I liked was he told me all I needed to know and not the typical sales tactic of why I should have this or that done to prevent anything else from going wrong. He was polite, and very helpful and the cost of repair was reasonable. Excellent company that stands behind their work, I give them a million thumbs up all around service!!!!!
