A very professional and respectful individual installed my new dishwasher in about 30 minutes. I would definitely use M&M Appliance Repair again and would recommend them to a friend. Price Details: 1. The same price as Infinite Installations at $95. 2. $15 less than Lowes. 3. $25 less than Best Buy. 4. They found that a installation kit was needed, and provided it for $18 less than Best Buy would have at $12. Scheduling Details: 1. I called on Tuesday at 5:00 PM, and they arrived at about 1:00 PM the next day. 2. Infinite Installations couldn't come until Thursday. 3. Lowes couldn't come for a 1.5 - 2 weeks.

Curtis was extremelly knowledgeable and honest. Recommended not repairing, do to the fact it was going to cost more to repair it than to buy a new one. Have a GE washer that is leaking oil and water. Will use him again if I have anymore appliance repair work.

My husband said he showed up on time, which nobody ever does. It took about 30 minutes. He knew exactly what it was and had the part to fix it. My refrigerator is running great again. Will definitely call him again.

Curtis came to house on time. Was very nice and efficient fixing my broken refrigerator/freezer. He clearly explained what he was going to do to trouble shoot, quickly identified the faulty part (thermostat), had a replacement part in his van, and quickly fixed the problem. Then I asked him to check my washing machine (not agitating properly). He again explained what he was going to do, identified the problem, had the replace part (agitator dogs), and replaced them. Work was done quickly, and very professionally. Excellent service, reasonable price.
