M & M's appliance repair technician, Curtis, gave us an honest appraisal about our washer,which was that it should be replaced,instead of repaired.The washer was 23 yrs.old,so it was definitely time to do that!Curtis was very professional and couteous. We plan to call on M & M any time we have an appliance needing a (non-warranty)repair.

Came out the day we put the request through and got our disposal working. Great job! I would definitely hire them again.

Excellent service!

My entire purse was stolen and I contacted the company to inform them and that I will provide them with a replacement check or money order or even cash because the bank closed that account. Once I returned back into Georgia I paid them, prior to my returning I was harrassed, spoken at harshly and threatened that he was in route to file criminal charges on me EVERYDAY!!! I provided them with my credit card number by phone and he refused to accept it stating that they want cash and that I need to pay them RIGHT NOW or I will have a warrant for my arrest. I had 3 deaths in my family in 2 weeks and was yelled at by this man (Curtis) DAILY!

He is great. He explains everything and shows you what the problem is before fixing it. Great guy. I am very pleased with his service.

Service provided by Curtis / M&M was the type service you hope for but seldom get. He called in route to our house, arrived on time. The repair service was quick and he did not leave a mess. Curtis was very professional and friendly. He was polite and honest. Curtis came to our home to find out why our washing machine was not draining. He showed me the motor and explained that it would cost more to fix it than it was worth. I asked him to change the belt on our dryer while he was here. He checked the dryer and said the belt was still good and did not need changing. He did not try to sell me services that I did not need. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I appreciate Curtis's knowledgeable and helpful attitude and superb work ethics. He got a difficult install completed on schedule and made our kitchen appliance changeout very satisfactory.

Curtis was great. Very timely, called as he was on his way, arrived early. Explained what he was doing, showed me the inside of the appliance, offered tips on maintenance. I will use him in the future and will refer him to my friends.
