Curtis was able to come the same day I called. He was careful and covered my counter when removing my old microwave which showed care. The instalation of my new microwave was perfect, he even set the clock for me. I would use this company again if needed.

Great response on the weekend. Was a little pricier than Sears, but I didn't have to wait a week! Curtis showed up on time and had the refrigerator cooling in a matter of minutes.

Part had to be ordered from the factory or it would have been done within a day. They kept in touch with me about the repair schedule, got it done in less than a week, called to arrange date for installation, called when in route, arrived shortly before the scheduled time.
