Curtis was timely, even made time in his busy schedule to do a service call. This was followed by Curtis arriving on the day scheduled for repair within the timeframe agreed upon.

We described problem to Curtis and provided dryer model #. He made sure he had part prior to appointment. He was very professional! Response time was very fast and the repair took about 20 min. I highly recommend M&M Appliance Repair.

Response time was very fast; he created space to fit me into the schedule - advised me in advance what he thought the issue was (dishwasher repair), came on time, ordered a needed part and finished the job the next day. I called M & M Appliance Repair to come take a look at my clothes washer. It had stopped mid-cycle and wouldn't start again. I had checked the fuse and electrical outlet, before calling for help. The person I called for an appointment was very courteous and helpful. The person who did the repairs also was courteous and knowledgeable. Once he found the problem, there was no pressure on me to go ahead and fix the washer. He respectfully gave me the pros and cons and fixed the washer in approx. 10 minutes. I would hire this company again.

I paid for my fridge to be repaired. Curtis came out 3 times and could not repair the fridge which was not a problem. The problem is we paid $300+ and we are still waiting on a a refund check since April.

The freezer part of my side by side Refrigerator was thawing and re-freezing. It was a real inconvenience. Curtis was awesome. He was on time, knowledgeable, courteous and clean.
