I was impressed with the knowledge of the service person. However, I chose to purchase a new appliance as the cost of reparing the front loader washer was actually more that what I paid for a brand new Whirlpool washer.

Had two appliance issues. Curtis was honest about my washing machine and what I could do to fix the issue myself. Showed up early, professional in every way, however I thought the price for a new ice maker was a little high but his honesty is what made me go forward with his service. Highliy recommend this company.

Chris was super professional and showed up for our dishwasher install within 15 minutes of calling. Was super courteous and thorough, even asking if he could go upstairs to access the breaker box in I am guessing in case I was uncomfortable with that. Would definitely use again!
