Service was good, prompt service, service charge was average.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable. He showed up on time and worked efficiently. We are VERY happy with the service we received.

M&M was prompt, courteous and timely, fixed the problem in record time. Only detraction would be the lack of a pro-rated time for service. Repair took 10 min was charged a full hour for laobr. Had to ding one star for that, but they did a great job doing the work.

He knew what was wrong right away and fixed it. He was very cordial.

They called me immediately and came right out. They needed to order a part but had it and installed it the next day. They answered all my questions and even one I knew the answer to but asked to see how honest they were. They passed with flying colors and the service tech was excellent.

They actually had the replacement part on their truck, so the repair was completed in about 20 minutes. Well mannered, friendly and on time. What more could you ask for when you need a repair.
