This company was a little higher than the recommended service professional from Samsung. He also stated he would call me back with information regarding an additional part, which he never did. He did arrive at the time he stated and was able to complete the repair.

Curtis was great. He truly went above and beyond a service call for my family. He explained how the appliances worked. (even on appliances he did not install). He took his time and answered any questions I had. Curtis found a problem the builder did when installing the original diswasher. Curtis fixed this problem and did not charge me to do so. I can not tell you how truly happy I am with his service. I would call him again and would also refer him to my family and friends. Curtis called me within a minute of requesting a quote online even though it was 10 p.m. He came out the day after we spoke; he called me when he was on his way, was on time and fixed my washer for a fraction of what I thought it would cost. He also helped my dad who was working on my heating unit in the attic. I also asked about my water heater and he advised me it would cause more harm to drain it due to it's age and since it hasn't been drained before; he told me what to look for so that I'll know when it needs repair. Curtis was very professional, friendly, helpful, and honest. He will be the repairman I call when I need help again.
