The technician was very professional, did a great job, and was quick. I had a wonderful experience and would recommend M&M Appliance Repair to my family and friend.

Being new to Buford, I didn't know who to call when my dryer stop working. I googled appli repair, selected M M, scheduled and appointment. The service person came earlier than the schedule appt. and the charge was unbelievable. I won't hesitate to use them again.

The service was great. We wound up not repairing our refrigerator because the part was so expensive, but they were very professional and helpful.

OMG! I read the reviews on this company and called. Boy were the reviews ever accurate. I no sooner submitted my request when Curtis returned my call. He happened to be in the surrounding area and was at my home in 10 minutes. He checked out the problem with my refrigerator and quoted a price. He had the part in his truck and repaired my refrigerator. It works great. He charged me his quote price - no hidden fees or surprises. He was in and out within an hour of my request submission No doubt, he will be my appliance repairman for life!

Curtis did a great job. He was professional and called enroute. I would definitely tell my friends about him.

There were some confusion about time as to when Curtis was supposed to show up for the appointment. He said the schedule appointment was supposed to be for a 2 hour window. I thought it was for exact time since no block time was stated to me. Anyways, quoted price was reasonable and the service was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for solid repair work.

I went on line to find someone to repair me refridge, posted what I needed & befor I could get off line Curtis with M & M Appliance called me on the phone. This was a Sat so I was supprized when he said he could be at my house between 12: & 1:30. At 12 o'clock he called to tell me he was on schuald and would be at my house in 45 mi. At 12: 45 he was here and repaired my fridge in no time. While he was here I remembered I had a problem with my dishwasher and he repaired it at no extra charge. He is a good guy, I know this because my 2 Chihuahua's that will not let a strainger in the house liked him and let him in.

We had to hire a professional to fix our Bosch washer for our tenant (we live out of state) - Curtis at M&M was very professional in dealing with our situation and we have reports that the washer is now back to working like a champ. Value for money is hard to judge because with a leaky washer, you don't have time to go around getting a bunch of quotes, but customer service was excellent.
