Kept appointment; advised not to repair machine "as part is no longer made". While I feel the part could be found, it would require another service call. I decided to repalce the machine

The service provide by the M& M Appliance representative was very professional. The rep. showed me what was wrong, why it stopped working, and what was required to repair my ice maker. The cost for the repair was very inexpensive.

When your refrigerator breaks down in 80+ degree heat, it can cause a bit of panic. When I spoke with Curtis in the morning, he came out within a couple of hours & fixed the problem in a jiffy. He actually arrived a bit early! I have also been in a customer service industry for over 30+ years, so my standards of customer service are pretty high. Curtis came early, had tons of knowledge, was friendly, & had a great sense of humor. He also told me about other potential repairs my other appliances might need & was right on, as I had already addressed a couple of them. Definitely will reccomend!

Rep was prompt, friendly, and unfazed by small obstacles like my friendly cats and laundry baskets.mimwould recommend them to a friend.

Fast and friendly service! It is so wonderful to have my dryer back. We will use M&M for all our appliance repair.

They called on the way and showed up on time within 3 minutes of schedule. A followup was needed and the arrival was exactly as before. I got an honest appraisel of work to be done and was able to make the right decision to bring about the best outcome of my appliance outage. I compared this experience to co-workers that had similar appliance problems that ended with nothing but followup problems with other service companies. M&M is the only one I will call. Many years can be spent hunting for the best and I found this one on the first try.
