Our Technician, Curtis, was professional, confident, amiable, prompt and prepared for the service call. He had the needed part; replaced it promptly and efficiently and showed me how to replace it, if it ever dies again (he estimated 6-7 years). [I usually do my own repairs, but was pressed for time.] I am usually very skeptical of service organizations, but within ten minutes of entering the service call information a remote service person called and verified my diagnostic conclusion. He gave me a quote for the initial service call ,gave my options, then booked an appointment.

This was a very time saving way of finding a company who could repair a Jenn-Air cook top. Immediately after typing the problem on line a service man called me. He made an appointment for the very next afternoon. He came to my home, part in hand, and whaa-la my cook top is in working order!

I have repeatedly asked for a receipt (which I need to backcharge the outgoing tenant) and have still not received. I have been communicating with Dillon. Also, he quoted me $149.00 and my Amex statement indicated that $169 was charged. Please help to resolve these two issues. I need that receipt.
