Description of Work: They arrived on time. Before coming out to my house for the first time we agreed on price and the things I needed to have done in the house. I wanted to have the oven and refrigarator cleaned out which was included in the price. However, when I returned home I noticed the oven and the refrigerator was not touched. I called her to find out what happened and she intially said yes we cleaned the oven and we did not have time to clean the refrigerator. Therefore she said they would clean it the next time. She became very defensive initially said her people did a good job. I said several times I did not say your people did not do a good job I was upset because you said you would do the refrigerator and the oven and it did not happen. The conversation ended on what I thought was a good note. I sent her a text to ask when would she be able to come back out and never heard anything.....

Description of Work: Gwen is a great person and her initial work was great. However, lately (over the past two months) the work has been sub-standard. The basic attention to detail in the bathrooms have been lacking. We have decided to discontinue the service and perform the work ourselves.

+ -1 moreOverall this was a positive experience for our company. They were eager to work and the only mix-up was on our part, which was quickly resolved. They seemed patient and did a great job considering the county did not have the water turned on like we thought, however Gwen and her crew worked through this hurdle and finished in about 2-3 hours. Good Job!
Description of Work: Gwen and a helper cleaned a rental property for us. The house is about 1100 sq. feet. They cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, living, dining room, fireplace mantle, front and back doors, and swept the garage.

+ -1 moreWe are very happy to have found this housekeeper as she is one of the best in the area. She keeps our house in the best of shape and doesn t mind going that extra step to ensure we are one hundred percent satisfied. I highly recommend her and have told many people about her.
Description of Work: This contractor cleans our home on a bi-weekly basis as part of a monthly service contract. They mop, dust, scrub, and vacuum our home and do all generalized cleaning. They do not do windows for this price and all refuge is taken out by them when they finish.
