* I received quick service, however, the job required more than one day because of the nature of the work * Everything was completed correctly and looks really nice. * I am amazed at how hard they worked for the money.
Description of Work: * repaired front stone steps. * cleaned steps, and landscaping stone in the back. It was significant amount of stone to clean. * re-mortared the grates that protect my crawlspace. * bricked up a small cavity in the side of the house where the previous owner had put a crude dog door.

This is a A+ team that knows what needs to be done and knows how to do it! They are professional, accurate in pricing, and dependable. I couldn't be happier with the job they've done. I would definately call on them again! Thank you so much.
Description of Work: The brick steps had separated from the brick front porch, sinking about one inch and leaving a gap about 0.5" wide. David and Pete came out and examined the porch and steps and quoted me a price. A few days later, they came and chiseled the old mortar off the porch, remortared the steps, and even filled in a few areas that had lost mortar. The next day, they came back to acid wash the bricks and it looks fabulous!

David was great! I initially called regarding some cracked brick beneath a window. The window was located above the front door on the second story. I initially thought this crack was causing leaking into the house. David came out at the scheduled time, set eveything up and after a closer look determined that the leak was probably due to a poor repair that had been done a few years earlier. David and his associate studied the situation and determined they may be able to help over and above repairing the brick work. After 1 & 1/2 days of work everything was repaired. They did an amazing job of repairing the leak that was not part of the brick work. They (of course) did a great job on the brick work as well. I was impressed by the professionalism and the fact that they tackled a job that was not part of the brick work. The repair was done quick and done well. Sine the work we have had some bad weather and everything was dry! I have already recommended David to a neighbor and will continue to recommend him every chance I get. On a 1-10 scale he's an 11.

Pete and his brother did a great job for me. We originally asked Pete to quote repairs to my front steps and mortar on the house. He arrived on time for a scheduled appointment and provided a written estimate for the work he would perform. Pete then showed up on time for the work and was outstanding. He did such a good job we decided to have him quote some steps we wanted installed in our backyard for years. The price was great and the steps came out great. Thanks so much Pete!

I contacted Pete and he arrived at the house within one hour to give me recommendations what should be done to repair the stoop and an estimate for the job. Pete and his brother, Mike, arrived on the schedule time set up to do the work, and the next day came back to clean up. They were very professional and courteous. It was evident that they appreciate your business in the excellent job they did. They made sure I was pleased with the work. I highly recommend them.

The front of my lot was a huge mess. The previous owners had installed a railroad tie wall, which was rotting. Also, my sewer line was replaced in 2008, and the excavation caused a huge mess. I decided to replace the retaining wall and called Frazier. They came out, took a look, and gave a quote. Their estimate for a granite wall actually wasn't much more than it would have cost to build the wall out of railroad ties again, and the cost of the granite wall was much lower than the estimates I received for concrete or decorative block walls. I live in the Druid Hills historic district, so I had to get a certificate of appropriateness. It took me several months to get everything together, but once I received the certificate, I called Frazier and set up the work. I had the area excavated by a different company (Frazier doesn't do excavation), and then Frazier built the wall. They were very careful to build it exactly according to the specifications of my certificate of appropriateness, and the finished product is beautiful.
Description of Work: Frazier built a retaining wall, approximately 80' long by 2' high.

Pete and his brother, Mike, came out and gave me an estimate....I compared with two other estimates, they were NOT the least expensive, BUT I had a good feeling about them. I hired them and they were "on board" from start to finish....clean-up was excellent. They even followed up with me once I wrote them a check. I felt comfortable with them the entire time that they were working on our home. I will use them again! Very nice people, great work.
Description of Work: We had a leaning chinmney, so all the brick was cracked....they tore down the chimney to the roof line and re-built. They contracted a second party to re-inforce the chimney chase (included in price).

Arrived on time, worked diligently with appropriate tools and materials. Came back the next day to clean up the mortar after it had cured in place, and left a neat, clean work site; everything restored to its original condition.
Description of Work: David and his brother Mike repaired a crack in the brick facade of my house, in the area over the electric meter. They removed the old masonry caulking and a few damaged bricks, replaced them, and left the wall looking undamaged without prior knowledge of its condition. A good job.

We hired them again we liked their work so much! A couple of weeks ago, they put in a new front stoop, steps and widened walk. Now, they finished the patio and it looks great! They came daily until the job was done. They are very nice guys to work with, AND they clean up well!

Terrific! Brothers Pete and Mike are the 3rd generation in this family business of masonry and they know what they are doing! When Pete first came out, he explained in detail what needed to be done to never have this collapse happen again. He brought bricks and pavers to the house to try to match the existing house brick and saved me additional effort. It took them two weeks to complete and they did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them!
Description of Work: The front of the house had settling and the stoop and steps had collapsed. We had these ripped out and also the long sidewalk. We wanted a new brick stoop, steps and a much wider brick sidewalk.

Came out the following day to provide an estimate, got us on their schedule within a week. Started the job as schedule, worked one day and activity had to be postponed because of rain over several days (week of worst floods in Atlanta). Pete was very consciencious and called on several occassion during the wet period. He and his assistant showed up on the first dry day and completed the job in a timely manner. They cleaned up the area and replaced furniture in original locations.

They came to give me a quote. They were very nice. The wall is 60-ish years old so the original cement/mortar holding it together shows the signs of age. I specifically asked him if he could match the mortar so that the color would blend (even though I know that the texture will never match). He said that he could put some black specs or something in the mortar to blend the color. We agreed and he came to do the work within a day or so. At first, the repair looked great... before it completely set. Now I have a beautiful old wall with periodic splotches of bright gray new cement. We have been trying to put moss and dirt on those parts of the wall to speed up the aging process ourselves but I think we are fighting a losing battle.
Description of Work: I have a rock wall that was crushed in two places from a delivery truck. They came to repair the wall in those damages places, as well as in some other aged places. They also reset some stones in a walkway.

Very nice people, very professional; quality work; did everything as they said they would; left the work area very clean with no debris; made sure he matched the mailbox brick to the house. Extremely pleased with this brother/brother company.
Description of Work: My brick mailbox was destroyed by next door neighbors car accidentally; had to wait for their ins to come & inspect; contacted 3 masonry contractors; only two responded; got FRAZIER to write estimate; sent it; got insurance payment one day; the contractor come by next day to bring in equipment since they were working on another job but told me they would have work done this week. They were back next day (Thur.) and completed 99% of work; had to wait until next day for mortar to dry before putting on wooden plate for numbers and other accessories.

I called for a cost estimate and they responded in about 5 days. They started work about 5 days after I accepted the estimate and completed the job over a two day period. I was very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of the work. I was a little concerned about the cost but after watching the time involved and the quality of the work I think this cost was in the ball park.
Description of Work: Mike Frazier and 2 helpers re-grouted my 3 1/2 by 28 ft brick sidewalk. Using an electric saw with a diamond tip blade, they removed the old grout and replaced it with new mortar. They used muriatic acid to clean the bricks and remove extra mortar. The job took approximately 4 hours.

David and his brother came as scheduled and completed the job in a day. There was an issue with how my carpenter left the entrance framed, however my carpenter was able to resolve it to Davids specifications. I had David come back the next day to make a small adjustment to the left and right side window brick ledges. The work area was between 2 existing windows. I am very happy with the outcome. The masonry work appears to be excellent and the brick properly installed.

What a pleasant experience with Pete and Mike. They arrived right on time, very professional, and did a terrific job. I hired them to repair brick on a bungalow built in 1924, so it was tedious work. There was one large area that needed to be rebuilt, and they did it right-string, levels-no guess work. It looks great, and they even did repair on the fireplace brick for no additional charge! Highly recommend you use them for your masonry job.

He and his son bid on the job to replace wooden steps at the front entrance with brick steps. His price was reasonable, and the men (the son and three others) went to work right away. They were efficient and meticulous. It's a beautiful job. The crew dismantled the wooden steps and hauled the pieces out to the street for pickup. They cleaned up thoroughly. They were careful around the plants.
Description of Work: We needed to replace dilapidated wooden steps at the front entrance. There's a set of four steps, about 5' 6" across and rising about 30 inches. Since we have some brick siding near the base of the house, we wanted to replace the wooden steps with brick.
