He ground out the cracks, replaced the grout, and clean the brick with acid. He did a great job and it looks very nice.

Mr. Frazier was very professional and punctual. His assessment of the work that need to be done was "spot on", and the price was reasonable. My steps are absolutely beautiful. I've gotten many compliments from my neighbors and relatives as well.

Mr. Frazier and his assistant tuck pointed and repaired all of the affected areas. They ground out the old mortar and filled in the grooves with mortar that was a very close match to the original mortar on the outside of my house. They were prompt and professional and the job was done right.

Pete took down the column and rebuilt it to hold the locked mailbox, which had a different shape. We asked him to make the column look exactly like the old one (because we live in a historic district which is very strict). And he did! He did a terrific job! He was prompt and courteous in every way and we highly recommend him.

We didn't use them. We didn't have any problems with him. The price was ok. Quality of the bidding process was an A. We went another way with this project but we would call them again.

Pete was excellent in all respects. He was very prompt in coming to our home to look at the two jobs. His quote was very fair. He began quickly. And the work he did was beautiful.

He was the great one. I used him and he was really good. I think the steps were about $2900 and the mailbox was about $800. It was just fantastic work.

The work was excellent, and at a very reasonable price. The existing front porch steps needed to be replaced because the old ones had sunk and never had been evenly spaced. The new steps are better than we expected in that Pete Frazier reconfigured them to have a shorter rise and a longer step. They look better, are easier to walk, and are safer. The new mailbox was built exactly to our specifications and looks perfect. Pete and team did a beautiful job and cleaned up after. Great experience all the way around!

When Pete Frazier (David Frazier is Pete's Dad and Pete just kept the name of the company as David Frazier) came out to discuss needed repairs I knew immediately that he was an expert and knew what he was doing. Although he was higher in price that tne other contractor who gave me an estimate, I knew it was worth paying more for a an true expert. I was right. He did a WONDERFUL job!

Pete was awesome! Very easy to deal with and fully explained the scope of the project. Showed up on time and performed the work in a timely manner. Very happy with the results and I would definitely use him again.

This was the second time this year that we had work done by Peter Frazier. Earlier this year, he repaired a brick walkway which was missing much of the mortar. They did an excellent job repairing the walkway and matching the old mortar. In early fall we had some masonry repair and an old cracked concrete slab removed and had Peter pour a new concrete slab. Again, Peter and his team did an excellent job at a reasonable price.

Pete responded to my call immediately and sent a proposal that evening. Stared the project the next morning and completed the work the following day. His crew did a very professional job right down to the cleanup. I highly recommend them and I would definitely use them in the future.

Pete Frazier gave me a timely estimate and constructed my stone mailbox/planter within just a few days. The mailbox is better than I had hoped and has received many compliments from my neighbors. I could not be more pleased!

Pete came out and was very honest about how what we wanted done would look on our fireplace. We wanted to stone over the original marble around the fireplace, but he explained how that couldn't be done with any quality and would not look attractive. He did provide a very reasonable quote to build us a stone fireplace once we decided to demo the existing structure. He pointed out how the demo job could affect the surrounding area and cause us more repair and remodel than what we were originally planning. In the end, we have decided to do more thinking about how deep into a remodel we want to go, but we really value Pete's input and honesty. If I decide to hire anyone to do any masonry work, it will be Pete.

Have brick work above 2nd story window. Mr. Frazier blew me off. Call me I will share emails we exchanged. 2 quotes since from other shops repair no problem. 5 hour job. David Frazier very unprofessional..good thing is he did me a favor by being a flake.

Pete quoted a price, showed up right on time, and did the job on time, on budget, and not only did he do the job, he went above and beyond , and fixed some other loose steps by mortaring them. He also took care to match the mortar color to match what was already there. He did such a good job that, we had a hard time telling where he applied the new mortar. Will definitely use him again. He comes from a family of masons, and it shows!
