Description of Work: Just what I wanted. Needed to have cinder block wall work down in the basement and did not want to have to hire a company, pay for the company's sales rep, advertising, receptionist, etc. Was able to have the person who was going to actually do the work come out and describe what needed to be done, and how it was to be done.
