Richard gave us a very good quote and seemed personable, however, after taking our initial deposit ($3,500) he never returned to do any work. We called him a few times to try to get him to come and do the work we contracted him to do and he said he would but he never showed up. We then tried to get our money back and he stopped taking our calls. We never got our money back or any worked done by this thief.
Description of Work: Pool renovation. He was supposed to replaster, rebuild pool deck, core new lines, install new equipment.
