It's been great! I have no leaks.

They were very informative and very good. They showed me pictures of what was going on up there and explained everything to me. I really liked that about them. I had a leak for a while and they could not pin point it so to be sure, we had to have a big section done. It looks beautiful. The house was built on the 1920's and this was the original roof so it has held up. He kept us in the loop the entire time with what they were doing. I really am satisfied with the work they did.

Richard came to the house to discuss the project and gave us a thorough estimate at that time. He was very knowledgeable and we were immediately impressed even though this was our 3rd estimate, and we were feeling good about the other 2 companies already. After we made our decision to proceed with KTM, we needed to pick out skylights, and Richard was patient and helpful with this task. After we made our decisions, the work was scheduled for the following week. We got home from work on the day they came out to do the job. We were impressed with the amount of workers (13 - 15 people). They worked until the sunset. At that time, they told us they were completely done with the roof, and they would be back the next morning to clean up. When we returned from work the next day, the entire yard and area around the house was spotless. Not one scrap left. The entire job was unbelievably amazing. From start to finish. We highly recommend this company. Our new roof is beautiful.

I went to Home Depot trying to get an idea of the type, color and cost of re-roofing my house. Richard McLoughlin of KTM Roofing saw my perplexed look and asked if he could help, then proceeded to explain the different roofing materials, ridge vents, and offered to come by my house to give an estimate. He did so the following week, providing a very thorough explanation of the process and detailed estimate. Of course, I got 3 other estimates, but KTM's was definitely in the ballpark. I was so impressed with Richard's presentation and confident of the quality of work, particularly after checking credentials and customer feedback. Richard was extremely responsive and helpful in making decisions about shingle brand, color, drip edge, & plumbing pipe boots. They scheduled the work, within 2 weeks and got the complete re-roof job done in one 12-hour day, including replacement of 7 pieces of decking and 320 LF of wood work. Richard inspected the job about 10 days after completion.

THEY'RE GOOD. THE CONTRACTOR WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND VERY HELPFUL. IT SEEMED REASONABLE. THEY STOPPED THE LEAK, AND IT LOOKS GOOD. THEIR RESPONSIVENESS WAS GOOD.
